Went through the drive-thru and service was horrible. 1) Order was wrong, had to be re-made 2) Paid cash, didnt get my change back, had to ask 3 times. 3) Didnt get a receipt to even show my order was wrong. Looks likey they had to dig it out the trash can (with my change as it was wrinkled the same).Maybe its new workers but these are very basic steps and transactions. How can you possibly get it all wrong???
I have been going to smoothie King every morning for the last 90 days when I went this morning I was advised that I was ordering a smoothies wrong. It was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard in my life. Her argument was I should say no almonds replace with peanut butter. If they cannot understand Lean. one chocolate with banana peanut butter and no almonds then maybe they need to get a more literate staff. I was a smoothie king member for many years to get the added benefits send the lower prices bigger sizes for less but after the way I was treated today by a 35-year-old girl speaking to a 63-year-old woman, the girl had no respect for me at all and when I try to ask a question should I close the window and then I tried to ask her again and she just close the window and then she threaten to call the cops on me over a smoothie believe me there’s much more going on and Houston than a smoothie problem. This coupled with the fact that they charged me $85.84 for one smoothie about a week ago and I had to make them reimburse me they didn’t want to believe it but eventually they knew that I was in the right and they made it right but the fact of the matter is why do I have to be watching these young adult employees taking simple simple smoothie orders, come on I 17 I was working for Lee county judge and these people at 35 can’t get the order on a smoothie. That is what is wrong with our country. Young people have no respect for anyone just themselves and everyone just wants to do a half assed job at their job. You can go there if you want but I’ll never go back
The smoothies are always very good. They do take a while to make so that part was not so enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed what they got so we will order again
Customer service seemed irritated to take my order and got it wrong and didn't offer to fix it.
Had the best smoothie today. Will definitely be going back and it beats Jamba juice for sure!?
Great place and experience, the young man Sean/Shawn working was exceptionally polite, professional and knowledgeable. Answered my questions about protein and which smoothies had protein and how much. His information helped me make my choice. Sean/Shawn is a valuable employee and made my day better.
Terrible experience. I ordered my drink, paid for it and was excited to drink it. Unfortunately they forgot to make it. People in line behind me got their drinks. When I asked what happened, they said they must have missed it. I was disappointed and walked out without asking for a refund. Won’t be back.
Great service here. The kids working are all very polite and get your order out quickly! I recommend the vegan pineapple spinach smoothie!
This place is horrible. The smoothies have chunks of ice. Just drive up at 9:50 and no one was available to take my order. I guess the new normal is close at 10 pm and stop service at 9:30 so they can leave
