Awful customer service. Felt like I was a burden to the window girl. Will go to the donut shop down the street moving forward.
Shelves are either empty or stuff doesn't taste fresh. Guess this place needs more footfall and might get better.
I must agree with the terrible customer service and even worse coffee. Teach these young kids some manners and how to look someone in the eye and NOT just throw a wad of change in their hand. The young man needs training and taught how to make a pot of coffee as it was so watered down. There was a very sweet girl who actually asked me what I meant by sweet and low sugar and told me she just moved here from Mexico I believe. Very sweet and at least she TRIED. Won't be going back.

This is not the Shipley's I grew up on. You'rehonestly better off with any generic mom and pop donut shop down the street.The kolaches are the most noticeable difference. The bread is way to thick and dense, there is hardly any cheese, and the sausage this store uses tastes absolutely terrible.As for the donuts, every time I went the donuts were cold and stale, even when I asked for a fresh plain glazed at 7:30 am.None of these are issues with Shipley's as a whole, just this store. Other locations are still doing things right just like they always have.
Opens up at 5am and have 0 donuts made. Why even open up then if you don’t have any food?Update 11/30/2021Went in this morning around 6:30 and there’s 2 people there. Only one up front and one in the back making the food. Don’t know how they manage to stay open.
Man what a horrible customer service
The kolaches were not good , the bread was hard , it was room temperature , I am almost certain they are serving old food.
I love Shipleys Doughnuts but this location needs to work on their customer service. The doughnuts were what I expected but the person at the drive through acted like he couldn’t care less and got my order wrong!
