We were going to buy a dozen donuts as usual but they refused to make more of the white cream filled donuts that they have done before in the past as we waited. Male young kid was rude and didn’t care so I told them to forget it. He threw the box on the counter as we walked out. Will not return to this location.

People are so rude. The lady at the drink thru today was awful. She had a attitude that was disgusting. She got my order wrong because she was too busy over talking me. She had a donut that had a icing I was clearly allergic to on it and I told her I couldn’t have it for my allergies. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window. Then handed me one she picked up with her hands.
3 stars because Shipley Do-Nuts are excellent from 6 am to 9am, after that... its a hit or miss
Every time I come here they never have anything no chocolate glaze no strawberry donuts. Don’t waste your time!! They close until 8pm but run out early what’s the point of having it open!!?? Never again am I or my family going to this place. Just go to Dunkin’ Donut!!
It’s my 2nd time going here and they didn’t even have flavors of donuts and they have to have donuts at this place it’s a donut place and this is ridiculous go to Dublin donuts instead of here

I pulled up and the lady asked what she could get me. Didn't wright it down or touch the register. Just went and filled the massive order I had just placed from memory. Then rang me up and I was on my way in under 5 minutes. I thought for sure something would be wrong when I got home but sure enough the order was spot on and even so hot we couldn't eat it for 10 minutes after opening the box.
The lady was so sweet. Great service.
