Every time I’ve been here, the donuts are mushed from where the employees push their fingers into them. I prefer to eat my breakfast without having finger wholes in them

They don't properly charge, I ordered 1 1/2 dozen donuts and some kolaches and instead of itemizing my order, they just punched in 2 dozen doughnuts. Asked them why they did that and they responded that it was correct, but since I always order the same amount and know how much I usually pay, I asked them to fix it. They went to call their manager to fix it. Good thing I looked at my receipt, who knows how often they do this.Another thing happened while I was waiting for they to fix the money issue. A lady pulled a rack of donuts and they fell on her shirt, instead of throwing them away, or putting them away to not be sold to costumers, she just placed them back on the rack.
The lady at the cashier was super nice and professional. The donuts selection was great and everything was so fresh and delicious.

Always packed on the weekends, but they move through the lines pretty quickly. They have the best warm glazed donuts.
