The first time I ordered from this place it was delicious. Every time since then it has tasted like something I'd get on the buffet. No flavor or spices on any thg thing, all the meat is overcooked and dry, the fried rice is a solid 5 out of 10. Not worth what I paid at all.
Heard about Sapporo from Family, So we were excited, unfortunately upon arrival they had a small sign posted saying the no longer had Hibachi grills going. Wish we had seen the notice somewhere online as this is one of the main reasons we went. Perhaps they will have it available in the future, but as the sign said it has not been around since 2021. This does not bode well.
This is right outside of our neighborhood, so we’ve eaten here and ordered takeout on numerous occasions - and have never had an issue. Tonight, however, my sushi roll had shrimp tails inside instead of shrimp tempura. Shrimp tails, old-tasting tempura, and it all smelled old, making it feel like someone grabbed from the trash pile instead of the fresh stuff.
Recently ate here for the second time. This was good once again. But I would say their prices are a little high depending on what you get. I paid $38 for scallops and shrimp hibachi and it was not worth it. I didn’t get anything extra and I got water. Also our server was a Caucasian guy with long hair and he seemed to not have much patience at all. Don’t think I would be returning here.
They are charging 20 bucks for the bare minimum. At least add more rice smh.
Very rude hostess at the front. I ordered food to go. She said I can’t use the restroom while waiting and I am not even allowed to sit anywhere to wait for my food unless if I am dining in. Not sure if it’s the restaurant policy or if they are racist towards a certain race. I can’t rate the food because after this treatment I decided not to eat their food. 2 stars only cuz the ambience looks nice inside.

My husband and I ordered delivery and were very disappointed. The sushi was garbage and I got robbed in eel sauce. The container barely had anything in it. There were no descriptions about the food that said there were mushrooms and my husband can't have those. Overall, a very disappointing experience and we won't be ordering again.
((((BEWARE MY FELLOW NEIGHBORS))))?????Wife went to grab food here and needed to use the restroom the restraunt said they were closed and so guessing their first assumption is she is not good enough to be in their restraunt because guess what whole dining room full of customers so my wife left crying for being treated like this!! Screw this place!!
Called today to order and I had questions about an item in the menu ( I asked about the yakitori skewers) and how many skewers come in the order. Obviously to see if I need to add anything else to the order like a sushi roll. He tells me that he doesn’t know how many come and that they are very busy and to call back when I know what I want. Issue is I knew what I wanted but wanted more information as to how small or big the menu item was. This is the second time I have had issues with the man taking the order. Will take my business to Top Sushi!
