Ambiance is nice, food is decent most days, but the managers attitude/customer service alone makes me never want to return.Sam’s Boat has never been known for its service but wow thoroughly disappointed in the management (Victor?) here. I am so embarrassed for bringing my family here. Extremely rude and unprofessional service. If you don’t want to deal with people, probably should get out of the service industry.
consistent and delicious.I am very surprised by the quality of the pasta as well. The Arancini balls are the perfect texture. Everything tastes very fresh, every time!The waiters and waitresses always provide great service. I never have any complaints. They get us everything we need quickly and also have great wine pairing recommendations.
Worst experience ever. Margarita tasted like urine. Fish tacos tasted like cardboard. Queso was cold and our entire table couldn’t get refills on anything including water. The manager seriously said, “I’m sorry you feel that way.” When I gave him feedback. I actually had to order food from another restaurant while we sat there because I had no food to eat after they ruined everything. I’ve eaten here many times and I’ve never had a bad experience. This experience was bad enough that Sam’s Boat deserves this one star review. If your manager can’t even come visit a table to check on them after they had to ask the hostess for water refills then you shouldn’t be a manager. Worst experience at a restaurant and I didn’t even mention the dirty tables or dirty menus.
The servers is always attentive and friendly.I love the outdoor seating, still haven’t experienced the indoor seating but I’m sure I’ll have to soon lolThe food was greatWe got shark bites(amazing), sampler platter (it was just okay), crawfish(yummm), and snow crab(yummmmmmm)Prices are decent, but one of the best seafood places I’ve had so far in cypressOh and The Bahama mamas are always on point lol

The atmosphere was nice food was good. Crab and crawfish seasoning was basically all salt. The corn and potatoes are NOT boiled with the seafood. Our waitress was awesome but the bar staff was a mess. They popped 2 champagne bottles and one of the corks flew over to my mom and almost hit her in the face. I then had drink spilled on the bar and it splattered all over me. The cake in the picture was made by my mom.
I want for my birthday and loved the place great service,food great place to watch sports and drink beer I hope to go back soon❤️❤️❤️
