Saltgrass Steak House in Cypress is my restaurant of choice. I enjoy the atmosphere at the bar. I feel comfortable eating there either with my wife or alone. I like the choices for Happy Hour. Veronica has been my server many times. She is attentive, remembers my name and which drink I will order. She checks on me the right amount of times. I can tell she is a People Person by the way she treats everyone. Makes the Best Old Fashioned, muddles the orange perfectly! I look forward to her friendly face. I love the Fried Shrimp and it always comes out hot. The Green Beans are wonderful and I can't get them anywhere else! I bought the Saltgrass 7 Steak seasoning, it's so addictive!
This is our best experience with Salt Grass. Managers are promoted to managers for a reason. Spencer handled our questions and ordering process like a champ. He knows his products and delivers a confidence that every business dreams of. His customer service both on the phone as well as in person was exceptional. He connected with us with all the right questions. We could tell he enjoys working in hospitality. In the restaurant industry it is a caught not taught learning curve. I sure hope those who are privileged to work with Spencer absorb the training he has to offer by watching, listening and trusting in his leadership. This location on Barker Cypress and 290 in Cypress Texas has the right person.Review the food: GREAT! The food seemed to taste a little better with such an easy and enjoyable experience with Spencer.

We had an early dinner for Easter Sunday. We were taken to a table quickly, service was great and the food was fantastic! Very impressed on the staff today, being a holiday and the restaurant being busy we had an overall great experience.
Our waitress, Katy was awesome, very attentive, ask for Katy if you plan to eat here, I am a Landry's Club member, so I know what I'm talking about, nice manager staff also
We loved this place! Food was great! We had an unfortunate time at Cheddars next door. But this place went above and beyond on both service and food quality. I thought the menu selection was awesome. Margaritas tasted good and not like just a sweet n sour mix you get at most places. I would def come back. And I plan to. As soon as I can afford it for me and my wife lol.
We went here after a funeral for one of our cy woods band friends whom sadly passed away. We were feeling pretty down but this dinner lifted our spirits up and our waiter Erick was a really big part of it. He was very attentive, friendly, and respectful. I ended up giving Erick a $200 tip for being so great and serving such a big party of people, especially high schoolers who typically don’t tip as much (trust me, I know). I am a manager and server at IHOP and I know how difficult the job can be but also how rewarding it is to go home with a good tip. I also want to give a shout-out to the manager that took the picture below, it will always hold a special place in my heart. especially after this sudden loss where you have to remember to love your friends and show them you care. Thank you saltgrass and especially Erick for making our night better and memorable in a good way! Keep it up! ❤️
We like this place never disappointed. Great steak and we really love the wedge salad.This time, we tried for the first time the pecan bake pie, it was delicious.Definitely a place to go.
