The service & food was good. The waitstaff could have been a little more attentive & friendlier. We had to get our drink refills. No one bother to ask how our food was, nor were we acknowledged when we left. Like thanks for coming in or acknowledging us for choosing to eat there. They need to show some appreciation to their customers.Also they chose to add their own tip percentage, that should be left up to the customer.
Unacceptable! Do not go to this restaurant. I ordered a calzone with ricotta, meatballs and pepperoni. I got green peppers, onions and sausage. It was disappointing to say the least. Look at the picture at the way the pizza was cut. Barely edible. Will never go here again.
I wanted to like this place (my family wanted to like this place), but in all honesty, the food just isn't that good. We ordered a 16" pepperoni pizza, a chicken parmesan, wings, garlic knots, and desserts.The pizza wasn't close to 16" (maybe 14"), and it was cut "weird," and in most places wasn't cut completely "through." The box appeared to be 16" though! My wife had the chicken parm and she said it was middle-of-the-road. The garlic knots and wings were good, but nothing to write home about. The best food at this place was the desserts (probably because they are purchased outside this restaurant - although I'm not sure about this). The delivery arrived when they said it would arrive, and the driver was courteous and friendly, so they deserve kudos for that.All-in-all, we were disappointed with what we received versus what we paid. We would have been much happier simply ordering from Pizza Hut, but we wanted to "venture" out. Sorry Russo's, we won't be back…By the way, I can't comment specifically on the restaurant experience, as we ordered delivery. However, the actual location (inside the restaurant) may be better.
Pleasantly surprised to find such a great place to eat. Staff went over and beyond to make dining there a great experience. Have a restrictive diet and was able to dine there with no problems!
Amazing pasta! Everything tasted amazing and the server was very friendly. The dessert was really good too! Highly recommend!We really enjoyed the pesto pasta as it was very unique and fresh. Meatballs is not as special but overall an amazing experience
Let me preface this, I'm not big on Italian but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food from this place. Started off with the jumbo lemon pepper wings, they were on point! Fried to perfection, piping hot and ACTUALLY JUMBO sized. Then I ate the chicken Alfredo, the noodles were boiled right, the sauce had flavor and wasn't runny, the portion was perfect also. The bread and oil were endless and tasty. Hell even the Dr. Pepper was slapping!!! No one had any complaints. The bathroom was clean and spacious, single use only so try and drop a brick at home you heathens. Anyways, I would have given a 5/5*s but the waitress disappeared for like 10 minutes when the drinks were empty and forgot utensils after dropping off salads. Price is reasonable for a chain restaurant.

Food was amazing. Pasta was all freshly made as was sauce. Flavour were awesome. Portion sizes were extremely generous. Staff very helpful and friendly. Desserts were delicious. First time there but will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.Features: Servers were wearing masks. Tables were not close together.
Made the mistake of walking in at 7:45 we were quickly informed they close at 8. We asked if we could get a to go order cashier said no problem took our order of 2 Pappardelle Primavera w added chicken to go. Happily took our credit card charged us 47 dollars and change and 15 minutes later our order was wrapped up and ready to go. We get home and we open our order of chicken, grease, fettuccine and chewy old noodles. We tried to order healthy got sent home w garbage. With all the other options available in Cypress I suggest you try them first!
