First timers here - I really enjoyed our experience! The place was having some issues with their POS system and was also understaffed, but that didn’t stop Cayden from giving us the very best service and the kitchen from delivering us a delicious Chicago style deep dish pizza. We will definitely be returning, but in the meantime, owners: do whatever you can to get your amazing staff some support! They’re working hard for you and they deserve it.
How you could rate this with anything less than 5 stars is what causes my lack of faith in humanity. Ordered for the first time tonight; Chicago style. The delivery driver must have had some kind of hidden Herculean type strength because she passed the box to me with just one hand while it took both of mine to lift and transfer this affront to God himself into my kitchen, thankfully i don’t skip leg day. The first bite, or piece since you have to use a fork and knife to tackle this humongous beast, is the perfect combination of flavors and their sauce will get you lost. I’m not one for hyperbole, but this might actually be the best pizza I’ve ever had.
The reviews make sense now...doesn't matter how good the pizza is if you don't know how to take care of customers. Placed order, supposed to be ready in 30 minutes, wife arrived and apparently they gave the order to someone else...they said it would be another 30 minutes. Didn't seem to care, didn't offer to expedite the order, didn't apologize, and offered nothing to make it right. Kids hungry, night ruined.Last time at Rosatti's.....the response below is also proof that they do not value customer service. Order was ready? Completely different name? Makes no sense....just own that you made a mistake, gave our order to the wrong person, and apologize like every other decent business does....we also got a call, not from the manager but from the same employee. Manager couldn't see my wife when she was there or make the phone call. Huge problem. Sad business that doesn't understand customers service.
Resembles and feels like the Rosati‘s of Chicago. They focus on providing Chicago style pizzas both deep dish and regular thin crust.Good clean family oriented restaraunt. Friendly staff, and relatively clean restroom. They were out of paper towels and I asked them to restock. I purchased a thin crust today and at a later time will try their deep dish. I don’t expect them to be exactly like Giordano‘s in Chicago, but I can dream.Anything Chicago-based, I love to support. If there pizza after trying it is spectacular come back I will return and change my four-star to a five star rating!!They deliver within a 5 mile radius
So this past weekend we decided to try this place and it didn’t stand up to its clam. I had their Italian Sandwich and my wife had their Mostaccioli. Their sandwich was a real let down it didn’t have the Giardiniera that all real Chicago style sandwiches are served with!!! The Mostaccioli was missing so much it was just noodles and meat sauce!!! I would love to have the owners try real Mostaccioli that I make and learned in Chicago from real cooks! The next time we visit I’ll try their deep dish pizza pie. It looked good but it’s all in the taste and the cook time that makes a great Chicago pie. If the owners are from Chicago they couldn’t have fooled me. Do not say your serving Chicago style food if you’ve never made it before or grew up working in an Italian restaurant knowing how to make Chicago style dishes. They need to work on their dishes they are serving let’s elevate those dishes and get it right. I’ll be more than happy to drop off a tray of real Mostaccioli for them to try! The owner pointed out that the location I was referring to is in RICHMOND TEXAS. We have not eaten at the Cypress location not knowing if the menu is the same and the food is served the same way. But a franchise is most likely serving the same exact food. One day I may try the Cypress location to see if they follow the same methods?
Probably the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Quality was there and service was great! Will be back soon!
We had a buy one get one free pizza deal but it was pretty good. They load their flatbread pizza with meat and cheese so two 16 inch pizza fed a family of four for 3 days. As you can see from the pictures we combined 2 pizza into one box after we stuffed our stomachs.
Great pizza! The sauce and cheese are super fresh and the quality is superb. Speedy and quality service by Stephanie. Will definitely be back.
This is the second time to have their Chicago Style Pizza. it is the best in Cypress if not in the Houston Area. My wife and Children also enjoy the pizza. I haven't tried anything else, but I will be eating here more often.
It wasn't Al's beef, but it's a very close 2nd. The staff was very attentive to my particular order. Also they were very courteous.
