You know it's in bad taste, that I pay for a combo and you give me one of less value. I don't have time to go back to change my order if they want to run because they had a girl outside delivering bags to the cars, please pay attention to what she does. thanks for ruining my lunchtime
First I wanna say I Love Canes! But this location I don't know what it is?. I normally stop here on my way to go pick up my son from school and I go through the Drive thru. I'll order a kids meal or the 3 Finger with Coleslaw on the side. Before telling the person on the other end of the speaker my drink. I'll say "EXTRA CRISPY ALL THE WAY " Then I'll say my drink. It never fails.... ??♀️? 1st they never put napkins in the Togo bag then my Chicken & Fries and not CRISPY!!!!! I have to park and go inside so they can get my order right. One time I checked my bag and no napkins so I had to park and go inside. Defeats the purpose of going through the Drive Thru. Today 3/31/2022 I asked the lady in the window when she was repeating my order and handed me my bag "EXTRA CRISPY ALL THE WAY RIGHT"? She said "Yes". Well it wasn't!!!! Come on we gotta do better.
Used to be a good spot but quality has gone down within the past year. Tenders have gotten smaller and the past few times I went there was very little breading on the chicken with certain spots on the tenders lacking any breading at all. No crunch or crispness anymore in the tenders and it feels like you’re eating soggy chicken. Also very heavy ice in their drinks, take the ice out and the cup is only 1/3rd full of the actual drink. Prices have gone up a little as well, however you can still get their box combo for $9 after tax and it’ll fill you up. A fair price for what’s included when it’s made correctly, however that hasn’t been the case the past few times I’ve been to this location.
Make sure you check your order before you drive home. They have given us wrong orders and left out the sauces on multiple occasions. They won’t do anything for you unless you drive back. This is a 20 min drive for me so no, I do not want to drive back. Would rather go to Chick-fil-A
This Canes sucks. They seem to hire twice as many people as Ella and be half as efficient. I have to ask for ketchup, napkins and a straw. The line moves way too slow. There is no sense of urgency in getting people their food. Hope theu re-trian or get a new manager!!!
I ordered food through the drive-thru on January 25th around 7:40pm and ordered 3 meals no slaw extra fries. The young women that took my order was so polite I always say please and thank you when ordering and she responded back very kind and politely. I had to make a post because I rarely see that now a days. I wish I knew the young women’s name. I didn’t take my receipt so I’m not sure if her name was posted on it. She took my order and gave me my order in the drive-thru.
Food taste was good, but not hot. Chicken tenders are getting smaller. It looks like you need at 4 piece to be the same as a 3 piece prepandemic. Also, fries were soggy and not crisp.
Really good crispy chicken strips. The lemonade is so good. I ask for no ice since it’s cold enough and I get an extra sip or two.
Our favorite. Nothing else to say. It’s the best for something quick.
It's never a bad choice to stop by at Raising Cane's. Those Chicken Fingers and Lemonade never gets boring.
