Spicy Chicken sandwich used to be good at this location.The chicken on mine was flat dry and chewy. The worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from this location. It was at 4:45pm on Saturday and there was only one car at the drive in window so it’s not because they were busy. Some lazy help perhaps that’s only interested in a paycheck and not serving up quality food.Unfortunately, I will have to try another location and hopefully they will be better.
This place is horrible!! I asked for a wing combo and and the MANAGER that was taking the order rudely replied he didn’t have any mild chicken. So I told him that I would wait for them to drop some if need be Instead of him clarifying that they didn’t have any at all, he said “ma’am do you want me to pull the chicken out my ass” I said excuse me and he told me to get the hell out of here.. this manager has been rude on numerous occasions and enough is enough.. I will be taking this as far as I can… this is unbelievable
Lobby was closed so I ordered from the drive-thru, when I pulled up to the window they asked me if I could pull ahead and that they would bring my food out. 30 mins later still no food so I walked to the drive thru window and they just laughed at me and closed the window. I then called the store to find out what was going on but they laughed and hung up. I ended up waiting 40 mins for a chicken sandwich. Employees are very rude and management is run by high school boys. This location sucks and Popeyes should be ashamed of themselves.
What can I say. I always say I will not come here again but the idea of spicy chicken and a biscuit can get to me at times. However. The number one problem here is I never get my order correct. As simple as it should be for spicy tenders, fries, biscuit. Or whatever I choose to order at that time. Something is missing. Wrong order entirely. Always something. I wished they did not have this problem because I love the place. But getting orders wrong is unacceptable.
The manager at this location is unprofessional and his customer service skills are non-existent. I ordered and paid for a mixed family box of chicken and they gave me dark only. I didn't find out until I made it home. When I called back the young man in drive thru remembered me and apologized stating they had ran out of white meat but neglected to tell me. He then stated to come back the following day and speak to the manager and he will be happy to make it right. Boy was he WRONG. The manager gave us so much grief when we arrived to get our correct order. Stating we should have brought the chicken from the night before back. REALLY!! Are you going to re-sale it or just throw it away? Either way, WHY???? He was really rude about his stores mistake! Can't believe he still has customers with that type of attitude.
During the day this place is great. At night its a joke. At 945pm with no one in the drive-through, I waited for like 5/8 minutes for someone to answer. So I took it upon myself to drive up. Guess what! just like the last time I came at night. A bunch of people in the building just joking around and talking. No one had a head set on and they close at 11! Last two time they gave me food I didn’t even order. So I’m asking nicely for a person that works in retail. Fix this!!
Not the fastest but good new wildberry beignet we're amazing. And the flounder sandwich was good.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I REPEAT. DO NOT EAT HERE! IF THEIR FOOD DOESN'T MAKE YOU SICK, THEIR ATTITUDES WILL!! I ordered 4 big boxes with red beans and rice and fries last night before they closed. The red beans were so spoiled you could smell them through the bag and the chicken was cold to the touch. I called today to tell the manager. He hung up in my face the first time. When I called back he said couldn't do anything bc I had to return the spoiled beans. So I guess he wanted me to keep spoiled food over night. Not sure who these new ppl are but their customer service is even worse than their food
This popeye's location is by far the worst restaurant I ever been, I placed my order for spicy chicken, I watch the filler bagger place half spicy chicken and mild chicken in the box. I told the guy I wanted spicy chicken only. That's what I paid for, so the filler bagger returned the chicken back in the basket, then asked the Spanish teenager for more spicy chicken, the badder man state's it's gonna take twenty five minutes for spicy chicken, so I waited for the fresh spicy chicken for thirty minutes. I watched the fry cook placed the fresh chicken behind the the spicy chicken, then filler bagger placed the chicken into the box, once I got home and tasted the chicken, it was all mild chicken, it appears the fry cook is dictating who gets mild or spicy. Where's is the manager, I see customers returning there orders as I'm leaving the restaurant.
Just ordered from the fry road location and this is the third time I've gotten a heavily watered down Hawaiian punch in the wrong size. I'm always disappointed in the quality of the food. If you want Popeyes go to the one on clay, it's much better.
