They got our order wrong ... in the same exact way twice ... trying to get the front counter staff to comprehend that they had made the mistake TWICE was impossible... I ended up leaving with my order still incorrect after waiting almost 15-20 min... also while inside to get said order corrected I couldn't help but gag because the entire restaurant smelled of sewage... technically I'd rate my experience a -1 out of 10 ... definitely don't recommend.
I have been going to this popeyes for years it's right down the street from my house. However I have never had a decent experience here. Customer service is terrible I always manage to get somebody with a bad attitude. But it never fails on this particular occasion it was a female working the drive thru window and she just does not care! Like wow! She doesn't listen to you and she Cutts you off even closed the window on me as I was trying to continue speaking. I added a small side to my order at the window but she cut me off before I could finish and even tho I asked her to give me a second I am trying to make sure that I had everything and she repeatedly asked me " do you want it or not?" I kindly replied one second im making sure. To which she responded " do you want it or not again" I only go here cause my mother likes this specific location. Otherwise I would have stopped years ago! I urge everyone to check your food every single time. I have never had my order correct from them! Ever!!!
If I could rate this place at a zero I would. I came by to order some chicken only to wait in line for twenty minutes. I counted at least seven to eight workers that were just walking around aimlessly like no one was in line waiting to order. When I did ask were they taking orders the person at the register told me that they didn't have any change and that they were only taking credit cards. Like I said if I could rate a zero I would.
My 1st time visiting this Popeyes and I must say that this was the best and professional Popeyes that I have ever visited. The employees were super nice and I was greeted with a smiley face. A big shout out to Shakira (forgive me if I misspelled her name). Shakira was so nice and friendly and made sure that my ordered was complete and correct without any hesitation. I definitely will be back because I have now found my neighborhood friendly Popeye's restaurant!
I went around 10 pm that had a full staff working still, yet the drive thru line was long with about a 30 min wait. How is that possible with a full staff? To top it off a sandwich was missing when I got home. Come on how difficult could this job be?
Excellent service staff members are vry soft spoken food is vry tasty and filling its quick service its not long wait time as other places. Im regular customer at Popeyes They maintain hygiene and keep the place neat and clean. I recommend everyone to visit Popeyes, i really appreciate the time patience and hard work of all the employees and staff members wrking in "Popeyes" i would like to giv the maximum number of rating to all the employees of Popeyes fr being so genuine, dedicated also the endless hours they are wrking bcoz its vry hard wrk to keep up the taste of food and importance and value of the company "Popeyes" they are wrking for. Hats off to the complete team of "Popeyes" this is fr all the locations in the world wer ever it is located. I personally thank them and request the customers visiting "Popeyes" on any location to think cooly by putting urself in there place and realize that bcoz of the employees hard wrk and ability to keep up good taste in preparing food the way they make it we are able to enjoy the tasty meal on time wen ever we are really hungry. I went through the Drive Thru and wait 25 mins for my order. I then walked inside to ask for the Status. They didn't even make my order. The ticket was just hanging there no one even looked at it. I saw frantic staff blaming each other. This place needs to be looked at and re-train them with better customer service. This is not the first time this has happened, but this will be the last time I will be going here.
Very good chicken and fresh Fries got my food quick and correct friendly employees Mac and cheese very delicious
So I went here one night and I didn’t have the best experience. I ordered 2 specials, only got 1, ordered a regular chicken sandwich with no pickles, got one that was spicy with pickles so I was a bit irritated but it was cooked amazingly for Popeyes 10 o’clock at night. However I did the survey and requested for someone to reach out to talk about my experience and the manager called me a few days later.THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! He apologized and insisted on making the situation right so I would be a returning customer and I’m so appreciative. I know fast food workers are over worked so I never stress a complaint, I understand. However when I spend my money, I want what I asked for. Overall the will be my go to Popeyes when I’m near here because the food was cooked well (both times!) and excellent service (as long as Mr. Season stays there).
Food is nearly always fresh and good. But seem to always run into an issue when ordering from the app. Even if done ahead of time. It's never ready when stated and they don't even start it until you get there. Then so far all 8 times I've ordered a decent size order for a family of 4, the veteran workers hand off the bigger order to the new recruit who is still trying to figure things out but don't support them which makes getting the order take longer and sometimes with mistakes. Makes the veteran workers look lazy and not team players when they have time to help a team member just learning. But food is good at least!
