‼️⁉️TOTALLY AWESOME‼️⁉️ I drove from Dallas to surprise my daughter who works here and everyone here Dalton, Rebeka, Reann, and Niya the Manager who I spoke with the night before. I asked her if it was okay that I drop my daughters cake and balloons soon as we arrive from Dallas. Then, we would pick her up and come to pluckers for dinner. When me and her little sister arrived we got in and was seated in a good spot. The service, lemon pepper, and spicy ranch wings and salads were great!!! Thanks Pluckers for taking care of my daughter while shes away. Thanks for ensuring her birthday and celebratiion was a success!!!!

Brought my son and nephews here for brunch. The mozzarella sticks are HUGE!!! Super cheesy. My son had the kitchen sink hot dog, i had wings with tater tots. My nephews had the boneless wings with waffle fries. We loved the food. The Arnold Palmer was probably the best one I’ve had in recent years. Definitely returning next time we’re in town.
Came into restaurant 30 min after opening. Ordered 15 wing combo. Came out cold. Super friendly and knowledgeable bartender agreed with the temp and remade them. They came out cold again. I just boxed them togo. Unlike this time this place is always packed. Guess to get fresh hot wings I must visit during peak hours. I will try again. Thanks for the reply. Cudos to the owners heard your story. Very impressive.
poor service waited for over two hours just for them to tell us they forgot to put in our order. server never came back to refill our drinks kids left hungry very disspaointed in this location management was terrible couldn't even offer a decent explanation ended up leaving for poor service or lack thereof
Great place to sit down and watch some sports. Our food was amazing! The sampler is absolutely massive, the wings are also really good quality and cooked well. The only let down was the vampire killer sauce was not spicy at all (indicates 3/5 spicy on menu). However the Jamango Jerk (also 3/5 spicy on menu) was pretty hot, much hotter than the vampire killer which was a little confusing. Overall, amazing place with great staff and menu options.Will return!

We've been to this Pluckers multiple times before and had good experiences. That being said, this most recent time, we put in a to-go order and were quoted 15-20 minutes. We showed up at the 15 min mark and were told it would be another 5-10 minutes. This wasn't a problem, but 15 minutes after it was quoted, we still didn't have our order, and we had a plane we had to catch and it was starting to really stress us out. We asked again and were told that it still wasn't ready because there was a shift change (there were ~10 employees standing around coming/going at the host stand at this time). 5 minutes later (20 min late) we finally got our order. I guess I feel that a shift changed shouldn't be disrupting business that much. We could've sat down and eaten at other restaurants by the time our to-go order was brought out. That being said, the food was good as always.
Nine out of ten for the bathroom. Nine out of ten for the restaurant. Tables and chairs was very dirty. Did like the inside of the place and she sticks was good. The staff look good. Our service was iffy. The wings we're cooked on the tough side. The restaurant look and the bathrooms were nice
