I’ve never seen a location that is always out of personal pan pizzas…..no matter what time you order. Amazing…also this location never answers their phone.
I was charged more something I didn't receive and their phone number doesn't work.I ordered extra pepperoni but it didn't come with extra and the pizza barely had Any sauce. I tried calling the place because I just did not like the pizza and didn't want to force myself to eat it but no response. There was a voice line that just said "our office is closed... stick around to leave a voice message" but the voice line just kept repeating and it's 6pm our are they not going to accept phonecalls at 6pm when they close at 6??
One minute they deliver to my address and one minute they don’t. Every time I call I get a different answer. The pizza I ordered last time had a bad taste to it and they told me they had to order cheaper lower quality crust due to the food shortage and price hike. Update, I changed to 5 stars as I called and spoke with the manager Joel and he got my order placed and delivered hot, fresh, and delicious!
We order from this location all the time, and have never had an incident. We picked up pizza curbside the other day, and though I did not think we had been waiting long, the person who brought our food out asked if we'd like something to drink. I said "we didn't order anything to drink", to which he replied "well, would you like something anyway?". The kids said they like Orange Crush, so he brought out a 2 liter OC. Maybe they're taking the negative reviews to heart, or maybe the service isn't as bad as the sum of the bad incidents. Just thought I'd take the time to post a positive review since that's all we get from this location.
I placed an order on January 31st which was delivered to the wrong address. I was on the phone with them for 15mins while they investigate and interrogate me about receiving the food or not. They finally admit to delivering it to the wrong address. At this point I was starving and was already in my car to get food. I told them I wanted my money back. It is now February 11th and I still HAVE NOT received my $60 back. Instead of correcting the mistake they tried to make it seem like I was lying about getting the food. Telling me I have a bird bath in my front yard and a man pick up the food. ? This was my second time ordering from them but I’ll stick to Marcos Pizza or Dominoes.
We ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. I received a text at 6:10 letting me know our delivery was on the way, the driver finally showed up at 6:39 ( we live less than 3 miles from their location).Delivery driver left our pizza sitting on the front porch, no bag, just two thin cardboard pizza boxes sitting on the ground in the cold. The pizzas were cold to the point that the cheese had hardened, absolutely disgusting!I’ve had better pizza and better service at a gas station!
Train your employees on how to correctly take care of their customers.My order was never delivered to my address. And when I call the location and inform them. The Assistant General manager, Jack. He said it was nothing he can do that it was already delivered, and I will still be charged for it. I informed him over and over again that it was not delivered to my address. I have ordered from Pizza Hut online at this specific location many times before with no problem, but this particular time they delivered it to the wrong address and would not take accountability for it.
All 4 pizzas were missing marina sauce or they hardly had any on if they did. Could not taste or see the sauce. Disappointed after spending $80 + on pizzas for a birthday party!
Took over 30 minutes longer than the estimated delivery time and was 45 minutes to deliver from the time the online tracker said our order was on the way. Food was room temperature when arrived. Additionally there was a hair on the dessert tray.
I placed an order last night and it was delivered without any form of notification whatsoever. I didn’t get my pizza because someone else picked it up from my front porch. I’d appreciate it if you notify me next time of my delivery. Thanks. But for now I’m very unhappy.
