On the tracker my order was out for delivery at 6 pm was supposed to be here at 615. It did not arrive until 650. My pizza was cold my wings were cold. When I called the store to let them know to see what can be done about it, I was told that they can give me a 20$ credit, which wasn’t even the amount I paid for it. Then I was told to get my money back I’d have to drive up there with the food, which by the way is cross contamination, then I can get my money back. It was not my fault that their driver was 45 mins late with my food, so why should I have to waste my gas to go up there for THEIR mess up(or lack of drivers). The manager said they only have 2 drivers and yet he offered to send me another pizza, which will put us in the same situation. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. I’ve never had a problem with any other pizza huts before. If any one from the corporate office sees this please contact me.
I ordered Meaty Marinara Pasta but they gave me Alfredo pasta. I don’t eat Alfredo pasta! I called and told a lady that the order was wrong and asked if she can send me the right order and pick up the wrong order. She told me they cannot do it and she can only credit me $10. I paid $13.99+++ SERIOUSLY no dinner and lost some money!!! That credit never showed up on my account.So, I’m giving myself a prove here in case she forget about it later. Normally I would just forget about it and take a loss, but the way you handled this matter was not very nice. I hope you understand a nice customer service will help ease and pleased the customers.
Tried to order through app while sitting outside store, went through ordering process, the app showed the order could not be placed and I would have to wait 5 minutes before I could try again. I decided not to wait and leave. I saw a pending charged for $20.56 the next morning from pizza hut.
I paid 1.07 for this? It wasn't even half full.Very disappointed in what I received. Don't even deserve 1 star. Size of container is even smaller than the usual container.?
Absolutely worst pizza hut ever! The lady upfront taking payment always has a nasty attitude. She should definitely not be working a customer service job.
Update: I took the pizza back to the restaurant. The gentleman with the pretty eyes remade my pizza, no questions asked. They looked and tasted so much better!We have been going to this location almost every Thursday for two years. It used to be good, but lately we’ve had burnt pizza, super thin crust on a hand tossed and very little toppings. It’s disappointing that we frequent a restaurant that seems to not care about the product they’re putting out. I am switching locations to one that is out of my way but the service and product is outstanding every time.
The pizza was on the bottom of 3 stacked boxes and the topping stuck to it. The breadsticks seem a little over baked. It's disappointing. The pizza is supposed to be pepperoni on one half but I don't see any. Should have gotten Dominoes.Ordered again 2 weeks later. Over charged for Tuesday pasta special and nearly burned breadsticks.
I now firmly believe you have to be extra stupid to work in pizza hut. OMG! I was speechless after my food arrived cold and 50mins for the 2nd time! And the person that picked up the phone after I called said "oh, you wanna complain? Hold on.... 25mins waiting... to complain about waiting! I just hung up.. if I could, I'd give ZERO stars but I guess it's papa John's now! @pizzahut @papajohn
The time it took to receive and make my order was super fast, about 12mins...nice work on that. The time it took from "Your Order is out for Delivery" until it actually arrived was 57mins...way too long. Pizza was cold, wings were cold and mushy. I order from this Hut frequently, and quality has been declining. Maybe delivery drivers are taking too many orders at the same time. However, I called the store to complain, and they were polite, and made it right without question.
I ordered our pizza at 6:40 and it was delivered at 8:17. I understand that stuff happens but the pizza was cold when it arrived. We order from pizza hut quite often so this was a bummer.
