Ordered the Mongolian beef ... An pork eggs OMG ? beef very tough could not chew it just kept getting bigger rice was over cooked but veggies were not my husband had the bourbon chicken he said the sauce was ok but the chicken was bluh an chewy an neither of us could eat the egg rolls ...very bad taste .... For the money we spent on that meal just a little over 40$ we could have went to the steak house down the road or even MOD pizza across the street we will not be going back an I will let my friends know how it was ...for those reading this save your money and taste buds ...im adding the picture it looks good but looks can be very deceiving
The recipe slightly changed on the teriyaki chicken.. not exactly happy about it..When I first received my order they put my extra sauce in the food and it came out like soup... Took it back..The new one is still a lot of sauce.. so next time (if I come back)I'll say no sauce all on the side... The bowl in general has lots of oil in it that's all I taste. Not very good, not happy after I was looking forward to eating here after I don't cover here often after so many closed down and have to drive pretty far..
Worst place I’ve eat in a while!!! Horrible experience in all ways, bad front service, long time waiting for food, NASTY FOOD, dirty tables, full trash cans. You’ll pay almost $10 dollars for some pieces of orange chicken and if you’ll like to have fried rice like a side you will be charge for 1.99 extra. Do yourself a favor, DONT VISIT THIS PLACE.
My wife and I went and dined in, we ordered at 8pm. We has sat there waiting for our food for 45min. Other people kept coming in and ordering and getting their food before us. A lady and her son had come in and sweet talked the cashier saying they drove 2 hours and were in a hurry so they had their food rushed... we had asked for a refund, the cashier said she would have to ask her manager, although there was no manager on duty. She said she would have to asked the manager in the morning. So she was just going to let us leave without issuing the refund. As I had asked about the refund, another lady had ordered her food, as we walked out she had walked out with her food.. we will be calling the manager and probably corporate also, this place has kids working in it that apparently doesn't know what they are doing.
Food was fresh and someone from the management team checked on us so that was a plus!
Every time I go here I leave disappointed and vow to never go back. Last time it was greasy egg rolls. This time it was the lettuce wraps. The meat had a burnt taste and smell. I just couldn't eat it. I don't know if this chain is just putting out really bad quality food, or if it's just this location.
Ordered extra protein. I’m not sure how many pieces of tofu originally come with the order but I have a hard time believing they only give like two pieces. I got five pieces. Not worth the extra charge. There was also a ridiculous amount of sauce so the rice was way too soggy and not appetizing. Picture is after I ate the five pieces of tofu.
Pei Wei has gone way down hill. They’ve changed so much on their menu (and not for the better) that they should be called something else. Their tofu used to be the best around and now it’s deep fried and slimy.And this particular location is super sloppy and slow. I see there are endless bad reviews recently and Pei Wei replies seemingly interested in fixing it but they’re clearly not listening to the complaints that have been pretty similar from person to person. The people eating at your shop are trying to tell you something and obviously it’s not getting better. Won’t be back.
Incredible customer service by the manager!!! I placed an online order shortly before they closed. When I arrived I realized I ordered the wrong side. The manager prepared the side I intended to order even though most of their food has been put away for the night.
We ordered Uber eats pei Wei for dinner. Uber eats totally screwed up my order, but i didn’t realize it until I called and spoke with Enrique. We figured out what happened and Enrique offered to fix the issue even though it was not their fault. I really appreciate that!
