Drivers dont carry more than $20 change... $100bill was all I had. 1 lost sale... But ots just little ole me! 2 stars is generous because an exception. The Papa Johns phone rep was not getting to thee root of the problem... Ive been there. Wont be back. 1STAR because THE PUZZA IS SUPERIOR TO ALL COMPETITORS, AND ITS OBVIOUS THOS COMPANY KNOWS. WOULD LOVE TO PITCH SOME ? IDEAS ((BACKEND, KICKBACK OR ONE TIME WAMMA BAMMA. ?
This location is the ABSOLUTE. WORST. Worst in quality. Worst in customer service just......BOOOOOOOOO!!!! I often forget, apparently, so I'm writing a review to help me remember why I DONT frequent this Papa John's. Today, I ordered and was expecting my food around 7:30, based on estimated delivery right?!?!?! 8:07pm......still waiting.....called because the "Tracker" was showing still 30 min......the person I spoke with said " oh yeah, we're short on drivers but I know my driver just left with that order.....mind you almost 45 min. later....... so I'm expecting mildly warm pizza since it either sat for 30 min or they knew it would be late and just put an estimated "30-min delivery" at the time I ordered. Cold pizza by choice is one thing but when I expect pizza within a certain time and then have to reheat upon delivery.......SOOOOOOOO aggravating......
Pizza didn’t taste good at all. It was dry (hardly any sauce) and I requested extra cheese and it was not cheesy and tasted old. My order was 5 dollars more than what the I was told when placing my order and asked for total. such a disappointment the quality of my favorite pizza place has declined. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I ordered 1 pizza, 1 cheese bread and 1 2 liter of root beer. My order arrived over 1 1/2 hours since I placed my order. It had obviously sat under the heat lamps a long time and instead of a 2 liter of root beer I hot 2 20 oz rootbeers and a strawberry soda. My estimated delivery time was 45-55 minutes
The worst Papa Johns in the company possibly. Never get it right. If it’s on time it’s wrong, if the order is right it’s gonna be super late. Try store pick up possibly for a better experience.
Papa Johns does not miss. Always easy to place orders and comes out great!
We ask for extra sauce in the online order. My wife then called the actual store and reminded them to put extra sauce. This because we have had four orders from this location that we asked for extra sauce and the pizza go back to the house drive. We then called approximately 15 times and couldn’t get the store on the line after we got these pizzas home. This location is constantly giving us poor service.

We order pizza all the time and whenever we order wings and ask for blue cheese, it’s EXPIRED. It’s always EXPIRED. This is the eight time in a row they sent us EXPIRED BLUE CHEESE!You would think we stop asking for blue cheese.Makes you wonder what else is expired and that they are using to make pizzas… time to switch to Pizza Hut.
I wanna start off by saying that I am a long-term customer and advocate of Papa John’s. I chose Papa John’s over all the other pizza retailers because of the unique homemade flavor that Papa John’s has to offer. When I placed my order on this Thursday night I had a long week so I was relieved to be able to order pizza for me and my family. When I placed the order it gave me an estimate of 90 to 100 minutes for the delivery. I thought that was a little bit out of the ordinary but I said maybe they’re having a busy night. Two hours go by and I called the restaurant just to make sure everything was OK. The gentleman first informed me that they did not receive my order, however he then doubled back and said that he was looking under the carry out section instead of delivery. So he told me that it would take another 25 minutes because his driver was running behind. I just want to note that I live less than 5 minutes away from the location (one traffic light away). 30 minutes later the gentleman arrived to my home and he was struggling to get out of the car and he was an older gentleman so I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I understand his situation. He gave me the pizzas and wings when I grabbed the box I immediately knew that the food was going to be cold. So I begin to start warming up slices and realize I have the complete wrong pizza and they gave me buffalo wings (I ordered bbq) which me and my children cannot eat because we are allergic to buffalo sauce. So I was extremely disappointed. I spent $50 on pizza on a Thursday night that took over two hours to arrive to my home. I don’t like to follow the trend of the “cancel” Papa John’s movement however I don’t think I will ever order Papa John’s again after this experience.
