Does not deliver to Hockley. 6.2 miles takeout option on grubhub and uber only offer select sizes and pizza options. This chain is not what it used to be.
Horrible. Absolutely horrible! And the manager "Shay" which she wouldn't provide a last name because she said "I don't need to!" Should NEVER work in a customer service job EVER!! Worst place ever!! They messed my original order up and then you have to call back 4 hours later when the original manager is working to replace the order THEY messed up on! Lol so not at the time you want to eat but on their time! What a horrible business model! Looks like "Jenny P." Owns the store and I'd be ashamed to have employees like this running my store!
This is the Papa Johns that kills loyalty to their brand. They never meet delivery times, and the food is always cold, and the order is usually wrong. The fact the tip amount has to be selected before ordering is probably the only reason they still have drivers.
they are shiesty about adding extra topping even when you get charge for it that's it this happens every time at this location...I rather drive 5 miles extra somewhere else.
I’ve been eating in Papa John’s for a long time. I read the reviews when I tried this location. I thought this pizza can’t be that bad I was hungry. I ordered the pizza and bought.I made a mistake it was terrible. They skimp on all ingredients sauce cheese toppings wasted money. Will never be back.
Several times this restaurant has forgotten several things when I place an order for delivery. They forget the 2L drink, side of peppers, side of dipping sauces, and even wings once. I called to make sure this was included with the order I placed today. And I was talked to in a very rude manner and then hung up on. Save yourself a headache. Order somewhere else. I will be from now on. Good thing there’s 900 pizza and wing places out there!
This location is absolute garbage. An extra 40 minutes to deliver our pizza and when we called they said “hello” and then hung up when we started asking what had happened to our order, save your time and go to dominos this place is not worth the effort, here’s hoping they get better management.
They should change the management ...Worst service ever.. They never pick up the phone. When they do they put you on hold and never get back to you. Scheduled my order and it never arrived , been trying to contact them and I,m still on hold. .. and hold...Btw.. this is like the 5th time they are doing this.. never on time. Now they are saying they can't find th order. Really... ????
Service was HORRENDOUS!!!!! Over an hour, no updates, so called the store 5 times. They were checking on the status of my pizza, placed me on hold and never came back!!!! Called one last time, lady that answered, didn't say a word, just put me on hold (again).STAY AWAY!!!!!!
I ain’t had their pizza, but them bread sticks look wack
