As you can tell from my other reviews, I am fair in my ratings. If I receive great experience, I say so. If I receive a bad experience, I also say so.I had used a 3rd party for delivery. With third party, you can schedule a time for delivery.This manager is unfamiliar with how to use their third party system. Here's likely what happened: someone read the order items and they began right away. No one reviewed the order to see it was a scheduled delivery. No one noted the prompt that alerts you to it. They made it and marked it as "ready for pickup."They completed the order nearly an hour early. The customer received a notification that order was on its way. Customer contacted the store. Manager, instead of actually checking, decided to dig in their heels and try to say the 3rd party didn't tell her. Instead of trying to rectify, they advised the customer to get the 3rd party to fix their mistake for them."What's the problem with getting it early?" The delivery wasn't to a house. It's to a venue without means of keeping the pizza warm for its guests until the event time. That's why it was supposed to be a scheduled delivery.

I got a half beef half pepperoni stuffed crust there Monday and the beef portion made both me and my God daughter sick.
Possibly the rudest person in the restaurant business I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and unaccomodating to me and the very next guest. She basically chased customers away and cursed at them as the left for not putting up with her bad attitude. Try Locatelli's juat across the street. They will treat you right.
My husband and I ordered pizza, boneless chicken, and cheesesticks from this location on a Saturday around lunchtime. Our order was ready fairly quickly. The employees were very nice! My husband ordered a pizza with barbecue sauce, pepperoni, pineapple, and sausage. He said his pizza was incredibly good and that it was the best fast food pizza he's had and definitely the best pizza he's had from any Papa John's location. The only downside was about 40 minutes after he ate it, he started having bad stomach cramps which resulted in diarrhea. I ordered a pizza with red sauce, mushrooms, onions, and jalapenos. However, they put so much cheese on my pizza! Some people may have seen this as a bonus, but I don't like cheese a whole lot, so I was disappointed I had extra cheese on my pizza as it made it taste just of cheese and nothing else. Unfortunately, I ended up not eating my pizza and just throwing it away. (At least it saved me the calories on the plus side.) The cheesesticks were very tasty as was the buffalo boneless wings. I would definitely give this Papa John's another chance. Hopefully they won't add extra cheese on my pizza or give my husband diarrhea the next time (ha!)

Pizza was great. We ordered on a Friday night and it was delivered inn less time than quoted.
Ďon't use the call center number! They will mess up your order and you won't find out until the 45 minutes has passed!
I can’t have cheese right now so I ordered no cheese... but I did order sauce and Canadian bacon and there’s hardly any. Very disappointed! They get one star because I have to and because the delivery was quick.
