This location is just sad. I'd be sympathetic if they were at least trying, but it's clear they are not. I ordered food for delivery and tipped well (25%). Half my order was wrong and in the place of the missing items I received a knife from their dining room in my bag. ?? When I called to try to correct the issue they were not at all helpful or apologetic. I'd have rated 2 or 3 stars if it weren't for the bad attitude.
Stopped by to surprise my wife with her favorite sandwich from this place when we are in the area (it was about 3:00 p.m.) Ordered the Napa almond chicken sandwich and the broccoli cheese soup with bread. Waited a good 10-15 minutes back near the pick up area. Server had put up a couple of bags but did not call out any names so I waited - one was for a lady that I had seen earlier who waited a lot longer than I did. Anyway, to get to the point, I finally asked if this was mine and they said yes but they did not have the soup.....so the bag had one sandwich, their bread and a bag of chips. Did I want to substitute the soup?.....I believe they were going to let me walk w/o any soup at all. They offered their soup selections and I said no and then they offered broccoli and a macaroni cheese substitute. About 5 minutes later they came back and said they didn't have either. I said okay just give me another sandwich to make up the difference - soup was already paid for......so he had to get permission from the manager. So they took the bread and substituted another sandwich. When I got home I discovered it was half a sandwich that was substituted. Is this a reason to be upset with this place?
Absolutely atrocious service. Ordered several items and 75 percent of the items received were wrong. On top of that the food that was correct (cucumber salad) was obviously old and no good. Slimey cucumbers with a jello texture. Luckily I did not swallow or I would probably have food poisoning. They also completely forgot about my drinks. I will NEVER ever eat here again. Disgusting.
New Customer here ! I went through the drive through an ordered a steak and cheese sandwich , frozen lemonade and Mexican Street Corn Chowder. It took 11 minutes to receive my order , I actually receive the frozen lemonade first …. it was warm! I am so confused to how a frozen lemonade can be served warm . No chill to it whatsoever . The sandwich was ok but the soup was nice and hot even though there are super hard pieces of corn in it , but once you spit those pieces out , the soup is decent . Overall rating 2.5 , won’t be back to this location .
At first I was pretty disappointed at how I waited 20 minutes just for a bagel and a coffee to be made. I would think that the cashier who assisted me would ask me how my order was doing. she just continued cleaning out the juice machines . Finally John notice that I waited for a while and assisted me right away. And I think her name was Julie blonde hair and glasses was very helpful and made my drink delicious.The sad part about this it is the crew they need to work together as a team it’s not right that John and I think her name was Julie need to pick up the slack.
Missing items, sat on hold for 7 min had to call back. Only one tiny piece of chicken in the Thai chicken soup. For the price there should be extra care things are actually done right.
tipped $3 to the lady who confidently said she had a greek yogurt mixed berry down. she did not. reordered again, she did not know it even existed and did not know where it was on the menu. ordered a bagel. bagel was cut like the carvings of a mountain. they somehow missed the line that is given to them on the bagel to cut in half. it was nowhere near decently in half. my bagel has stairs. the yogurt was tiny. not worth it.
We ordered 2 sandwiches that didn't even have to be cooked and had to wait 30+ minutes to get our food, and they also forgot to put my croissant in the bag.At least 5 people that came after us had already gotten their food by the time we got ours.Will not be coming back here ever again.
Good food, check your order before driving away (they forget little things sometimes). I really hate going through the drive through, ordering one item and being told I need to pull away from the window to wait for the one item. If understand if I had a large order and was holding the line up a bit more but sometimes I'm the only customer. Ultimately, I get good food and good service and my food is still delivered to me in my car, so overall, I'll continue coming here.
Got a sandwich and the lettuce was all rotten. Won’t ever eat here again!
