I’ve been noticing over the last couple years, panda express has been losing its quality, or the workers there truly don’t care. I had the white steamed rice, and it was so dry and tasted like it had been made yesterday… Only thing that saves them is their flavors. The meat even tastes super hard like it’s been over cooked, I’m assuming the workers just don’t care. I can tell that a lot of fast food industry chains are losing quality. Sad to think that panda express is one of them as well.
The speed of service at the drive thru sucks at this location and it's not because they're short staff. Every time I go, I see 5 to 6 employees. Even when there's a car at the window they make you wait 5 minutes for them to take your order. It only happens at this location.
Good taste in food, ok customer service. Napkins MUST be available without having to ask an employee. That was an awful experience. :/
Food was tasty and hot. Service was excellent. Inspite of a long line the service was rather fast.
They basically gave one meat piece on my entree. If you don’t have enough meat to cover an entree, you should say we are out. Ridiculous.. Never going to this location again!!
Normally this location is okay to fill hunger but has nothing special anymore and seems to keep going downhill. Today moved this location from okay into just bad. The inside was closed and that was fine but they had a very limited menu and what they did have was cold, undercooked and lacked any flavor. The fried rice was really undercooked brown rice with some carrots in it (no egg, no peas, no flavoring). The orange chicken was cold and lacked it's usual strong flavor. If they are limited by the supply chain or limited by staff, they really need to close until they can get things back to normal. I would not recommend this location while they are working with such limitations.
This place is the worst. Always always always out of something and/or a forever wait. Service sucks. Everyone working there is an airbead that doesn't know what's going on. Never going back. Avoid like the plague. Zero stars if I could.
Good food, decent service, clean restaurant. The only downside is that the lock on the men's restroom didn't work. The lock wouldn't engage, so I had to use the restroom and hope I wasn't interrupted.
Either this place or it’s employees are a complete joke. These are the kind of employees that half a$$ everything but expect to get paid top dollar for the skills they lack. They don’t listen to what you are requesting, they don’t double check to make sure the egg rolls you ordered aren’t burnt or that the Teriyaki chicken you ordered even has the Teriyaki sauce in the bag or the biggest and most recent fumble by this super star team is they gave the delivery driver the wrong order (partially his fault for not confirming as the name is on the receipt) and by the time it came to my door the restaurant was too close to closing and no longer accepting orders. If you are eating in the lobby, fine. But DO NOT order pick up as this staff does not have the brain cells required to handle such a difficult job.
Pretty good as far as this chain goes. Wait was a bit extreme at opening however, I would suggest not arriving at 11. Chow mein noodles were a bit chewy, I suppose it has something to do with getting there early.
