The food was good but I did not receive my two egg rolls and crab Rangoon. I have called the store 6 times and no one is answering. How am I suppose to get my money back for those items I did not get. I also live 30 mins away from this panda so it’s a long drive to go back. I am so upset! I wouldn’t have been so mad if someone at the store picked up the phone.
Terrible attitude from Marilyn the cashier after leaving us waiting while they took care of multiple drive thru customers. Also failed to keep the lomein and wok-fried shrimp stocked. Leaving us with the last little scrapings they had left.. Small servings all around and orange chicken was over cooked.. I'm very disappointed to day the least!
Had to wait in line forever, was told I'm not allowed any samples right now (I think it's not because Covid but because their food sucks) the "fresh" orange chicken was cold. The teriyaki chicken was burnt and dry, when I asked if I could get something different I was told that I got what I ordered and if I didn't like it then I shouldn't have ordered it. I have a 2 year old who eats anything and she didn't even wanna eat this burnt nasty food. The rice is dry as all get out and the chow mein is too. I used to come here years ago and it was pretty good as far as panda expresses go but I'm not coming back to this one ever again
I came to get some lunch I always get the bowl with white rice and orange chicken, well they were out of orange chicken, Beijing beef and something else can't remember what it was and they were also out of the bowl tops!!! Panda is famous for the orange chicken!! For them to run out means management is not keeping up with the store supply, sadly customers get the disappointment and wasted time...
If I were you I would find a different location. The service is poor, I waited 20 minutes before the staff acknowledged that I needed to be serve. They allowed people to jump ahead in line. It takes 10-20 minutes to prepare side items. Last but not least, the portions were small and I said something. Nathan apologized and said he knows. That sad when the staff understands their not giving you, your money's worth.
CHECK YOUR DRINKPurchase a Sprite with my food and DO NOT like paper straws. I chose to take the top off and drink it. Did not pay attention to what I was drinking until it’s half empty. This is nasty ? not sure what I put in my body. This establishment need a inspection ASAP. Never again!!!
Stay away!!!! Terrible food, even worse service and the staff's incompetence is second to none. Screwed up everything on my order, got my food 30 minutes later and manager did not even apologize about any of it when I asked to speak with her. Love Panda but will NEVER go back to this location. Do not go unless you are a glutton for punishment! Now after reading other reviews I am wondering if I am going to get sick as well. The entire experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!

Panda Express didn't have drive thru? Unacceptable! Will contact your corporate office. Not comfortable eating in a dining room with the current variant of Covid. You guys need to do better!!!
They don't have the lobby open and the drive-thru is extremely slow. I tried to go inside there's five people working inside and I've been sitting in the Drive-Thru now for 10 minutes this is the slowest Panda Express and I'm stuck in the Drive-Thru because I have four people behind me
