My wife and I came here for lunch. We really like this location. Everything was great. I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara. Salad and breadsticks are always a favorite.
I ordered chicken Parmigiana but the waitress brought me something else with weired looking white sauce that smells bad, their lemonade taste like it's old so I asked the waitress to exchange it with sprite but I got charged for 2 drinks, I was charged $1.99 for touching those "oily & smelly" tablets that they have on their tables, and the waitress was so rude.1. Bad customer service2. They over charge you3. The tables are not clean & the whole restaurant smells like *******I don't recommend taking your kids to this restaurant
Not recommended for those they have HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, because everything has more salt.And don't tap on game , because it's not free.Such as, Salad, Fried Shrimp and main course.
It was an ok experience. Service kinda slow and food was just average.
This was my first time at this location. It was great. We got there about 2pm on a Saturday and were sat quickly. Service was great and food was hot and delicious when brought to the table. Except the bread sticks. The ends where hard but the middle was soft and chewy. We will be back.
As soon as I walked in I was quickly greeted. I ordered to go and the entire process was smooth and easy. All the staff had amazing customer service and the food was delicious and fresh. Thank you guys and hopefully to be back soon.
I have had this plate before and it had tastes great unfortunately this time around it was not great it tasted ok. In regards to the other items ordered soup was too salty salad was good. The waiter was overall good we did brig attention of our plates tasting not great but he showed that he didn't really care.
Avoid this olive garden location....service and food is pretty bad. Our server spilled our drinks all over our table. Rushing and not paying attention. He hardly came to check on us. We were served our food but no silverware. Before we could get a word in to request silverware our server said "okay enjoy" as he ran off. The chicken in the Alfredo tasted bad. Not to mention the place smells old and grimy. The table even felt sticky. I understand there has been a shortage in staff everywhere but that was not the case here. There were 3 or 4 employees at the host booth. Lots of other running around. The only reason I did give it 3 stars is because the kids ate the spaghetti. So I didn't have to cook dinner tonight. Eh well
This Olive Garden was A-mazing with our to go curbside pick up order. Definitely will be visiting again to see how their sitdown service is.Thank you Olive Garden to go team you guys were great♡
My family and I will never visit this Olive Garden again. The service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. A month ago we visited this restaurant and our server proceeded to take other orders before ever putting in our order. He used the Ziosk to put in our appetizers and we received our appetizers and still had no drinks, silverware, plates and breadsticks for the dipping sauce. A manager had to step in. The service continued to go down hill that evening. The manager was very apologetic and comped some of our meal and even gave us a gift card. He asked that we give them another try and we agreed to come again.Today we decided to visit again. Again the worst service. Our waitress could not seem to remember things we asked for. Took a glass to give a refill and didn’t return until she was coming back for something else. We had to remind her again. Once we started reaching the end of our meal she kept peeking around the corner to see how things were going, but didn’t ever return to the table. I needed a box for my food and the Ziosk would not allow us to pay. As she passed right by our table she completely ignored us when we tried to get her attention. We gave up and requested the box from another waiter who quickly assisted and went straight to the front of the restaurant to locate the manager. This was not the same manager we had met before. Once the manager arrived she was only concerned with helping us pay for our meal. Never apologized for the service or tried to make amends. She took our credit card and sent a waitress to return back with our receipt. Did not even have the decency to show her face again. I would love for the opportunity to speak to the general manager for this location. I would recommend some extra time spent on customer service training from the managers down to the hosts/hostesses.
