Thank you Christy for your service today, I am so happy to be able to place my orders in Spanish too!!! I usually buy here and I never felt the need to share my experience before and here I am, I just came for a dessert for this afternoon and left with a special order. I recommend the white chocolate with raspberries, it's exquisite!
Wouldn’t take my call in order, but was previously told I could?? I called back- they told me they were too busy to take it over the phone I could go online or come in person. Poor customer service all around. I would recommend ANY other location of Nothing Bundt Cakes… except this one.
This strip hasn’t been around long and we just noticed this place today although we eat nearby very often and go to H‑E‑B many times each week. I haven’t been, I think 4 stars is a good rating in this case. Imo, the only way to have a super low 3.2 score…this establishment must be owned by a silent franchisee. Anyway I’ll pop in and update my review if they’re worthy of being in our backyard.
VERY disappointed in this location and customer service in general at Nothing Bundt Cakes. I paid over $80 for a tiered cake for my son’s birthday. It was extremely lopsided and definitely lacked the craftsmanship (or even pride in one’s work) of a cake in that price range. I noticed when I picked it up that it looked like the top layer was going to slide off. When I questioned the girl behind the counter said “oh no it’s stuck on with icing” she wasn’t very friendly and I didn’t realize just how bad it looked until I got home. I contacted nbclistens before writing a negative review and did not get a response. They may listen but don’t seem to care when their product is subpar.
Overall just kind of rude people. Seemed like my presence and business was an annoyance. Apparently they opened late because of the “freeze” and acted annoyed when I was there at 9:45. To clarify they open regularly at 9am and the door was unlocked. Then they were annoyed that I hadn’t picked my order up by noon because they wanted to close early due to the poor weather. Couldn’t give me a time just that they were closing early and to basically hurry up. Looking at reviews I’m not the only person who has had experiences like this.A smile and apology goes a long way.
This place called me several times today. Left voicemails stating I should pay for a cake?! I never even ordered a cake here....and never will. They're on the opposite side of Houston from me. Please stop calling me...I never ordered a cake from you. Here is one of the voicemails that was left:Hello, This is Kayla from Nothing bundt cakes. Um, just calling to remind you that we did not get a payment for the 10 inch cake that you got. Um, so if you could just call us back and let us know and we can go ahead and get that payment sent through. That would be great. Thank you.Kayla:I NEVER ordered any cake from you, and I don't even live close to your location. I am in The Woodlands.Thank you
I enjoy these more often than I should and it's close to where I live. Sorry the container is empty but my mouth is happy?
Poor customer service. Picked up cake for a birthday and cashier stated they were done decorating for the day. I was still charged full price for decorations. Cashier also acted as if she didn't want to be there.
Preordered some mini cakes for a company luncheon. Over 24 hour notice and they weren’t ready. The lady brought me two boxes with someone else name on it and so I showed her. She took it to the back to “find my order”. Then brought out the same box again ( I know because there is a pen mark on the box). The store smelled horrible and customer service needs some help. Hopefully the other people will get their order since they gave it to me ??♀️
I ordered a cake online and asked for my 80 years old mother to pick it up today. The lady that was working at the store was soooo rude with her .To start , my mom handed de copy of the order to the lady that instead of reading the name on the order , insisted that my mom tell her the name on the order. After that my mom pick up a bag to be able to carry the cake and when she went to pay the $2.50 for the bag, the cashier said that they did not accept cash . So my mom used her card but did not know who to use the new machine . The lady wasn’t helpful at all and another customer helped my mom . On top of it all , the lady kept telling my mom to “ stay calm “ when my mom complained about not being able to use cash or not knowing how to use the credit card machine. That is the last time I will ever buy a cake at this store . Shame on you for treating a customer so badly, especially an elderly.
