They overcharged us ran my card twice asked for my money back the next day and was trouble doing so so now I have to sort that with my bank instead the drinks weren't that good got a strawberry and a pineapple for my son didn't have any taste my daughter really liked hers she had a brown sugar drink? If I were to ever go again I'm just paying cash
I called and ordered in advance, I loved that they accept orders over the phone. I was in a rush and I try to order ahead when I can.Besides the cute cups and straws… the tea (IMO) was pretty average. The tarp bubble tea however is very different and is worth the try. Not a lot of tea houses offer fresh taro in the drinks so I thought that was a nice twist on things.For someone that wants milk alternatives…there’s is none (and as the statistic of use of dairy milk declines) I really hope to see other kind of milk alternatives such as-oak-almond-coconutSomething! Something for those that doesn’t want the harmful hormones in regular dairy milk that other plant based mills can help make the teas so much better!Besides that, good stuff! And staff

THEY USE ALL REAL FRUIT! If that sentence alone doesn't get u running to the car and driving over idk what else to tell you! Do not pass up this place, the employees are super helpful and they even have a tablet that tells u about each drink so you aren't pressured to order. There is board games and a sitting area so now you can a little get together.
The workers were so nice!!! They asked us questions and talked to us while we were waiting but in a really sweet friendly way. I got the bubble milk tee and it was ??
So glad this place opened in Cypress! There’s a great variety of teas and the staff is very friendly! Loved the atmosphere and the backdrop wall.
So far so good. I will say boba is depending of your taste nonetheless I like the taste of their milk teas, the tea flavor is there and balance with the milk. the creme brulee milk tea kinda bussing tbh.

Very excited for another Boba cafe to open up in Cypress. We need more of these since many of the good places are out in the city area. This shop is clean and nicely set up on the inside. There is a variety of drinks to choose from and the price is reasonable as well. Their drink cups are unique and durable as compared to a lot of other tea shops in the area. I would recommend this place to everyone!
