Always a great time enjoying a cool treat at our neighborhood Marble Slab in Cypress Tx. The young men working were very welcoming and professional. I also like that they engaged my kids and made them part of the process. Keep up the good work!!!
Michael Callahan is by far the greatest employee from any company I’ve ever seen. Always gives 110% and is the only reason this marble slab is still in business. His charisma and character alone draw customers in to enjoy a refreshing treat is the dog days of this summer heat. Michael is the man.
Best customer service in town!! A kind guy named Michael saw me struggling with my 4 children and offered to take one off of my hands. Now I have 3 kids and a pocket full of cash. No clue where the other kid is but not my problem anymore ?♂️. I might even come back when I’m sick of the other 3. He deserves a raise. Thanks so much!!
Michael Callahan is an awesome worker and has given 10/10 service to the customers. I never come to marble slab for the ice cream. I always come for Michael Callahans great service.
Great place to get ice cream but only if Michael is working, that dude is awesome and super cool, always helpful and funny! Much respect??
Michael was absolutely fantastic while serving us. He made jokes while juggling ice cream for my pet parrot, then taught him how to talk!
Second time going here for a chocolate shake and they still get it wrong, always too thin like chocolate milk. Asked the employee to make another one not thin, like milk. She offered to put it in the freezer! I don’t have time for it to freeze ! I don’t know if they haven’t been trained on how to make milkshakes, or it was just an off night. I will not be returning to this location. Very dissatisfied with the service.
Ice cream was good as usual, however, the experience was a bit underwhelming. One of the employees, I think his name is ethan, was NOT having it at all. No enthusiasm, no light in his eyes. Wasn’t even looking at me or acknowledging what I was saying when I was ordering. The price of the ice cream was already discouraging but his service was what made my experience bad. Both mine and my daughters.
I will never go back there again. I ordered a strawberry smoothie, when I received it it was super hott and not made right. It took the lady which was very rude about 45 minutes to make it. They will never get my business again when I asked her why it wasn’t cold she said she didn’t know. I recommend anyone that does go there not to order a smoothie.
Its ok, I have had better ice cream but the experience makes it good
