Words of advice in life > Triple... Pepper... Steak...Been going to this Lupe since it first opened. You might have to deal with some waiting during their rush hours, but it's definitely worth it. Hostess staff were sweet, wait staff very competent and informative, management seem to be very interactive, and the bartenders do exceptional in managing their own section as well as the continuous orders from the floor.All in all, I usually steer everyone to this place if they have the coin to drop on some great, flavorful food. I will admit, it's not the cheapest place for some great fajitas in the neighborhood, but it definitely is one of the best.
Came in close to closing(Sorry!) but Sarah Monreal was so nice to my wife and I. Great food and service she deserves a raise for sure! Thanks Sarah we will be coming back more and asking for Sarah for sure!
Totally disappointed with the food quality and service.My best friend Marty was a 20 years loyal customer to the place . Him and his wife invited us to place. Beautiful place , very busy. Unfortunately our fajita was burned.We told our waitress make sure to put a onion bed under the meat, that way the meat won’t be burned. When the food came out, it was like the photo. When we ask our server to take it back, one of the managers came over , told us it’s not way they train their kitchen staff, either we take it or swap for a cold plate. Finally another kitchen manager came , he said he’s going to fix it. 10 minutes later, the food came, they only recooked the chicken, everything else still stayed on the plate. Speechless.
I had the Nico plate. It was amazing. Service was amazing and our server Leo was just Phenomenal! He steadily checked on us and made sure we had all we needed during our meal. Thank you for a great lunch!!
Service was good considering there was 8 of us at our table. Food was good, best chips I've had in quite a while. Queso dip was great too. The Meat was good too, especially the sausage. Little pricey, but worth a return trip.
I received my order with the receipt checked off that they had checked that my order was correct. However, there were mistakes. The receipt clearly says extra rice, no beans on one meal, and not only did that meal have beans, we received extra beans. I'm very disappointed why check off the order if you didn't really check it.
Table side guacamole is a bit rip disappointing. It needs more seasoning. It was very bland. The complementary salsa is very tasty. This place serves both breakfast, brunch, and dinner.
This is the second time we have been disappointed with a to go order. Never never order food to go. Just spent close $160 on a family order, firstly the order was incorrect, we were given dry fish with rice, and secondly the food was very cold. We picked up the food on time, so expect the food to be warm when we get home. Will never order from this establishment again, plenty of other "good" Mexican options here in Fairfield.
My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary breakfast. The service was great. The food was very tasty. Nicole, our server, was very kind and attentive, not knowing that it was our anniversary!! Great people skills!!! Keep up the good work, Nicole ?
The 5 stars go to our waitress- Isabel.. she is amazing.. friendly, adorable and gave great recommendations. Food is always on point, margaritas are fabulous and location is very clean.We have been to this location countless times, but she made it it so much more pleasing.In a world full of Karens.. thanks for Isabel!!
