No issue with my pizza 98.5% percent of the time and the other 1.5% of the time they politely fixed it. I dont wait til I get home to check my order. I dont get my food delivered then blame them if it's cold. Wth so many people needing to call for...it's a simple menu with cheap pizza. There's not one time I received a cold pizza. Usually too hot to sit on your lap. I used to Dash so I know if you don't tip well drivers could care less about order accuracy or keeping your food warm, lbvs. This is a very popular and busy location so I dont expect to receive my food quickly if 50 cars are outside...last I don't expect stellar customer service from teenagers serving cheap pizza. But, they do a great job for the most part. People need to stop feeling entitled over $5 pizza, lol.
If I could rate this place NO stars…I would. Horrible…Horrible customer service. I will never come back to this establishment ever again. Came in and they had given my bread to someone else, my order was supposed to ready by 605 and come 630, it’s still not ready. They did not say I am sorry or thank you for your patience, kid absolutely mute and shrugged his shoulders as if he could care less. Horrible!!!

Omfg this place sucks. Idk what going on in there but it’s super slow. Order drive thru 15min wait for bread sticks 15min turned into 37min. I lost my patients and went inside. Idk if the place lacked a manager, pride, self esteem or cared but they was moving really slow. Hot n ready seems more like cold and waiting
They need to learn to pick up the phone, have been waiting for more than 30min on the phone. What kind of service is that. Is early is not lunch time so is not busy and i can see the live that is not busy either so what’s going on.
Poor customer service skills. The female manager hispanic rude. She said they dont have parmesan but one of the guys gave me some in a cup.
I like this place! Always busy which means everyone loves the pizza.
