Went to buy a pizza on DT. 10 min waiting nobody attend. There were only Two guys employees and wasn’t busy at all.Had to come inside to order.Ones i got home and opened one of the sauces and see the Buffalo Ranch first the color was brown. And looked for the expiration date was Thr 16th of January!?!?!? Who in the world does this to sell expired products? Who tells me that just the Sauce is expired and not the flour or rest of the condiments you guys use??? Unbelievable!!! I called to speak with the Manager and of course nobody answer the phone!
The pizza is actually fresh and great, but the staff mannerisms & the way they have there service is very horrible. They have a drive they which would make a lot of money if you actually took the time to notice someone is there. I literally sat for ten minutes and then called after 4 and have yet to have anyway answer the phone. They never answer the phone of course I have to drive and order just to get my order through. The phone works well you can literally be in the store and hear it ringing. Management needs to do better for this location cause where it’s at it makes really good money and can have good customers if the staff and the way they operated was great. I now drive out of my way to pick up a pizza I even go to Pizza Hut now just because the service is just not there.
Fast, friendly service. I made a special order asking for light sauce on the pizzas and they did an excellent job! Light sauce and super cheesy. Probably the best Little Caesars deep dish I've ever had from any location!

Hot in ready pepperoni pizza really nice to pull up and be able to drive away with a hot pizza in 3 mins.
The worst location ever. At 7pm today, I was behind the car at the window for 20 mins, then came my turn and after 5 mins someone finally came to the window to greet and take my order. Of course no pizza is available, so I had to wait as always at this this "drive thru" location. I will say, I felt bad for the one and only lady working at this time. But it's not the first time I know this happens. The manager should step it up and ensure to have at least 2 people working for this busy location. Close your drive thru window because it is truly defeating it's purpose.
Horrible customer service, like the kind that you laugh about in movies because itis exaggeratingly bad. Followed by a gross pizza. I used to love Little Caesars. This location in particular made me dislike it years ago. We haven't been in years, but decided to give it another chance. My mistake.
“Hot and READY” does not apply to this location. I suggest closing down the drive through here, I have never been able to get an order in a reasonable amount of time from this location. Better off ordering in advance from a competitor and picking up- same process just lower quality having to that here.
Omg...kids working in there. Gave us the wrong order of someone elses then we go bk. They put two more toppings and we go bk again to get the rest of the toppings and they gave us some shady looking pizza.
Be VERY careful when they say "please pull forward. We will bring out your pizza soon." Aaaand 30 minutes later they have no idea that your order even existed and the "manager" can only make excuses and refuses to refund. REALLY!!! No wonder they have such low review stars. Really wish I could speak to the district manager but they refused to even help with that. I guess this Little Caesars only has $5 hot-n-ready excuses.
