The coffee and pastries are great, but the staff is what makes it. They’re always so helpful and nice!

The coffee was delicious. The hot chocolate I ordered for my child came out at the right temperature, which was good. There were places to sit both indoors and outdoors.

Nice cozy cafe with legit coffee. Love my vanilla latte here. Perfect sweetness for me. Staff are very friendly too.

These folks know how to make a great latte......nice strong flavor perfect temperature at 145 degrees...well done.....casual coffee, nice atmosphere

Love this great Coffee Shop. You will too. There is no drive through but they trying to order into coffee very quickly!!!

Craft coffee is a nice departure from the typical cookie cutter style "coffee shops" in the area. The Cypress area does not have many actual coffee shops, so this is a relief. I stopped by Craft Coffee after some physical therapy after they (PT) recommended it as a nice local shop. The atmosphere is nice and it is obvious that the locals enjoy the coffee; the shop was full. There are plenty of espresso options and offered several dairy alternatives which is always a plus. The staff were courteous and friendly. The prices were slightly higher than the aforementioned cookie cutter shops, but the options were presented much nicer. I decided to enjoy my americano in house and was not disappointed in my stay. It was very relaxing. The customers seemed upscale which is also a plus and they can often throw off the experience. There were plenty of pastry and food items available, if you are interested. Overall, I enjoyed my brew and will likely stop by again if I'm caught at physical therapy without my coffee fix.

Good place to work and drink coffee. The staff is always helpful!

Good product, the owner is great. Today was second time they didn't ask for my number, I had to remind then again before payment. It's cycling friendly with patio also, they put my cortado in paper cup I like a real cup, they should ask not assume.

This feels like the *only* boutique coffee spot in Cypress. Talk about diamond in the rough! I like L3 because of their friendly staff, melt in your mouth pastrys and crafted espresso. They have an abundance of flavors that will nearly stump you because you won't know what to try first.I would love for the baristas to make a seasonal list or "drink of the month" for clients to try so it takes the guess work out or when customers want to try something new.

The food was pretty good and I loved the coffee, but the customer service was not great at all. I did not see a sense of responsibility from the employees. I ordered food and waited in the shop as well, after waiting about 15 minutes I asked the cashier and he was confused and didn’t even know what I was talking about and he asked the guy in the back and he was like “I am about to clock out, no sandwiches at this time”????And I am being told this after waiting and paying for the food. At this point I was just over it and asked for the refund and decided to leave. And now everyone is trying to get me the refund and this guy comes over with the sandwich “whose sandwich is this, it has been ready?” I am like that what I was asking for. How am I supposed to know if it has been ready or not? Almost all of the employees just standing there talking and nobody even bothered to let me know that the food was ready! My first time at the shop and heard so many good things about this place’s coffee, but I was not looking forward to get treated like that!
