My go to place for bobba in this part of town. The menu has a good variety. A bit too sweet for my liking even when I chose "little" sweet.I'd recommend the mango green tea and Thai milk tea, no sweetener for me.
My daughter bought boba, she likes it there. I couldn't get ingredient information, such as dairy free. The menu has some teas with the caffeine free indication, but was told none are caffeine free. This made me wonder about the validity of any information about their products.
This is a nice place to get a refreshing drink that's not a soda. Prices are reasonable, service is fairly quick, staff is good, and product quality is just right.Good for after workout treats. Will continue to revisit!
The milk tea tastes good, the boba is fresh, the staff are very diligent and friendly and patient, I like this place very much
I recommend you try the Cocoa WOW soo goood! The store had pretty comfy setups to sit back a relax. A great environment to work on any project while you enjoy a drink. The staff was very helpful and recommended good options from the menu.

Front worker doesn't look enthusiastic, and the tea taste like it is water down and isn’t the best. I have been coming for the past month and I don't know either they changed workers but all the things from the tea to the boba is terrible. DON’T COME HERE unless you want water down tea because this is just plain awful.
Since someone has spoke on the issue I hope owners or people who manage this place take a closer look, even customer service lately has been extremely unattainable and I’m speaking as someone who’s at the store almost all weekdays, tea has been very light not how it usually is and boba is definitely not how it usually is . To the Kung Fu Tea owner please revise this again and connect with employers because this has made me not attend the store anymore and made me drive all the way to one in Katy.
Drinks are NOT lactose free. I had the Cocoa cream wow and the lady in the front told me it did not have lactose but it did! My son's stomach hurt for hours! Also, I noticed that the owner has been making fake reviews for their establishment with their other, duck and bao. If you can't own up to your mistakes and hide it, DONT OWN A BUSINESS!
The place was very clean and The boba was one of the best boba I’ve had ever. One of the worker named My I believe was very friendly and made sure my order was right. Definitely recommend it.10/10 experience
