The service was excellent!!!! I used the drive thru the person taking my order was really pleasant and helpful and knew about the food. I ordered a Nashville meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal the spicy chicken sandwich was amazing it had so much flavor. I love the mashed potatoes and I ordered Mac and cheese. Again that spicy chicken was fresh and the crisp to it was perfect. My order was taken and by the time I reached the window my food was ready was the fastest fast food ever and it was not sloppy and was met with a smiling face.
The customer service was awesome. I came in here for lunch ordered the mashed potato bowl combo it was delicious.one of my favorite meals. Restaurant was clean and staff was exceptional. Was put this place over the top an employee I didn't get her name asked me if something was wrong and the battery one my truck had died and I was looking for a jump she immediately offered help used her own vehicle and got another employee to help us make sure it was right cause neither of us have experience. She saved me and was just so nice. I can't thank her enough.
Poorly managed. No ice, soda was watery, recieved the wrong order, service was poor.

Drove thru to pick up my daughters Favorite ! Chicken Tenders and Mashed Potatoes! Sign in drive thru read Combo 5.99! Well apparently it was $3 more. Why its soo difficult to remove an add price thats NOT Current is beyond me. WhenI told them I wanted that price Lady at drive up said she couldnt because it was $8.99 and price of chickens Gone up! This place used to be nice and had Amazing Customer service! Well its a NEW day at KFC CYPRESS....and yup This was last time I'm coming here! GOOD Luck with that kinda service.
The chicken was disgusting the chicken bones was black colored and it had a horrible smell to it i will never come back here ever again i hurts when you spend 40$ just to throw the food away
Mac and cheese was disgusting. It was macaroni noodles in some nasty plastic tasting off-white liquid.Chicken was overcooked, even the dark meat as if it were yesterdays food reheated and sold to me as fresh.Biscuits and mashed potatoes were fine, but we know it's just powered potatoes.All that for nearly $30 was extremely disappointing.

Serves fast, but the staff wasn't attentive and actually forgot my 4 apple pies. I usually eat my desert 1st. They stated they would bring them out when they were ready.. I waited for my order to come and it did, but the pies never arrived. I believe the drive thru shafted the front counter and dropped more when ours came up. It was 15 minutes later we were leaving after eating our meals and the pies, we're just coming out of the grease. The staff asked if we had got our pies? We did enjoy fresh hot pies after the fact. Inconvenience was never even mentioned.
