I’m giving a generous 2-star rating here because I like Jersey Mike’s in general, but this location is the worst franchise (and I’ve been purchasing Jersey Mike’s for nearly 10 years). I order delivery and pickup frequently and they rarely ever put any meat on your sandwich even though they charge extra for it. They never offer to compensate you when they fulfill your order incorrectly (they just tell you to come inside the store for them to offer you a discount in your next order which I never take advantage of). I attached a photo to show the single layer of Turkey they put in my giant sandwich today. I’m not sure why they cut corners so much but I’ve finally taken the time to leave a review because this happens so frequently. I order from this location directly from their app. The issues I’m describing do not happen when I order via Uber Eats from different location near Barker Cypress and 290. I’ve given this location plenty of chances thinking it would get better because they were new and opened about a 1+ years ago, but they keep repeating the same mistake. Shame on me for thinking it would get any better.
We walked in 6 minutes before closing and wanted to order 2 sandwiches and they said they were closed. LAZY ? Owners/Corporate should definitely know about their poor service employees! They don’t deserve 1 star! Extremely disappointed by a place so close to home!??
A Jersey Mike's sub just hits different. Ordered kinda late Frisay night and the guys had my sub made on time and to perfection. Restaurant was very clean. Had plenty of staff working. They seem to have gotten the growing pains over with.
They make a good sandwich and the staff are kind and courteous

All Jersey Mike's are great and this one is no exception. The service here is great. The food is great. Prices are reasonable. It's amazing how consistently great a restaurant chain can be. Wingstop needs to study this restaurant.

usually I have a great experience but today in particular was horrid they didn't write names on them (had this problem a couple times) Today they completely disregarded any requests and modifications for example they put cheese on my turkey sub and no cucumber another sandwich was supposed to be buffalo chicken but we received a regular chicken the bread was stale and customer service sucks #Teamfirehousesubs
Now 4 visits and yet to receive a correct online order. The one time they came close 3 of the 4 sandwiches; my order wasn’t ready until 30 mins after the time given by the app
