I’ve been to this location several times & always have a great experience! The food is always fresh & on point! The staff is friendly & accommodating. Elona was especially kind with my 92 year old mother.
Love the Cypress Fairfield location!! The staff are all courteous and knowledgeable about their dishes and menu. Even about gluten-free options. The salad bar is always fresh. My favorites though are the Beefeater sandwich and the Irish potato soup. The BBQ baked potato is HUGE!! (2 can easily split it). The restaurant and facilities are always clean. Best of all free ice cream after your meal! Enjoy.
Horrible service today, we ordered online and my husband went to go pick up and they completely botched our order. The California club didn’t even come as a sandwich they forgot the bread only included the cheese and meat tomatoe and lettuce. They forgot my whole chicken panini, the salsa the guacamole the fruit dip, pretty much the whole order! Called the place up manager answered she didn’t sound to concerned kept saying they may have given the wrong order. No ma’am they just didn’t take them time to check the whole order! Was definitely upset which sucks because it’s the closest Jason’s to us but definitely won’t be back.
A little pricier than other sandwich places but you get a lot more meat. The bread and meat is very high quality and tasty. The salad bar has a great selection and I just wish they made it a slightly less expensive add on for a full sandwich meal.
Great Customer Service by all. My Girlfriend loved the Chile and my Turkey sandwich was delish!! The free Ice cream for dessert made an already positive experience even better!! See you guys soon.

The salad bar is NOT all you can eat. The lady at the counter told me the salad bar is a one-trip-only. Also the had no ice cream cones. I love Jason's Deli, but I'll never come to this one ever again.
I had a great experience picking up dinner for my family I had ordered on the app. The employee even offered to help me bring my order to my car. My family is very happy that we have a Jason's Deli closer to our home.
Damn shame Jason’s Deli is now charging for the”free and complimentary,” speaking of the muffins; the ginger bread to be exact. I can’t believe they’ll give free ice cream but no muffins?. Weak! Also, you get muffins for free with a purchase of a salad, but not with a sandwich…wtf??
Food was fine. Definitely less meat on their sandwiches than other locations. This location doesn’t give a pickle with your sandwiches, when we asked for one they said it’s an additional charge. I’ve never had a location do that before. Also, I asked for pasta salad as my side for an up charge, the cashier rang it up separately so I ended up with the pasta and chips that got wasted. Not sure we will do this location again especially considering how much the prices have increased, to just receive less.
