Absolutely disgusting. I drive around for work and stopped to get a quick bite to eat before my next appointment. I go through the drive thru and then continue to my job about 15 mins away. I park to eat really quick I take 2 bites and just happened to turn my sandwich around the dang bread had MOLD on it. I’ve called numerous times but no answer and it was out of my to go back at that exact moment. How in the world do you not check what you are serving? The audacity of the cook and the manager to allow their food to go bad and still serve it! I’m pretty sure they’ll have a lawsuit coming their way!!!
Curly fries remind me a lot of arbys fries they're pretty good! I got the swiss burger and will definitely get it again. I also got their loaded fries and the cheese sauce they use worked! I was skeptical at first because it looked a mess but it all comes down to the taste.I ordered from their app and I really like how it gives you the option for them to start your food after you pay. Unfortunately I didn't see that part and got to the drive thru and they hadn't started the order yet ?. They were able to complete the order in a couple of minutes, this location did great!
The lasy in the drive thru window did not give me the chocolate cake. Poor customer service.
The drive thru cashier at this location is terrible, the latino woman was extremely rude during the whole process of my transaction from start to finish. As she gave me my order I noticed the salsa was missing, so I asked her for some of it and she shoved it and my hand and closed the window. I couldn't do nothing but look at her through the glass. Attitudes like hers is why some customers snap. She needs to work on her customer service and give receipts for the transactions because I didn't receive mine. This isn't the first time I experienced this lady the first time I think it was the manager took over my order and sent her away.

Nastiest food I’ve ever had at a jack in the box. Drive a little further to go to another one. I literally threw sandwich away after 1 bite.
So, the food tasted horrible. The meat was off. Didn't even finish the burger.

Got a “hamburger “ from here a few minutes ago. I can guarantee the “meat” patty had never seen a cow. Worst burger I have had in years
Drive thru is very slow. Staff not nice. Sourdough jack hits different though. Also the milkshake here is just ice cream and you can't suck any of it through a straw rip.
