Just know Everytime you come here they mess up your order. they can't find people that can take direction with pictures. a monkey can make a better burger
They are good but sometimes they forget me and my husband order.
Short, overweight looking female tan skin was extremely rude i have honestly never experienced such horrendous customer service. There was a sign that said no nugget or chicken burger and we asked if they had chicken strip and she said the sign clearly doesnt say we doesnt have chicken strips so yes. Then we asked if they had decaf n she said yes then we order decaf coffee and she says they dont have decaf. It didnt end there... not the best experience when visiting jack in the box for a first time. Never again
This location is disgusting.I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and my burger tasted like old man! Yuck!! Couldn’t finish half of it cuz it tasted so bad.
Just bought a $10 ranch chicken combo with curly fries but did not get the sandwich. Instead what I got was $3 breakfast sandwich. Im always nice but this location never gets it right. I’m done! Gotta drive a little further to get to one that can get orders correct and never runs out of fountain drinks… I’d rather tho!
Dining room not open yet they have a sign saying it is. Then when I order they don’t have what I requested told me to wait for the delivery truck. Rude unprofessional
The young man who took our order was extremely friendly and knowledgeable the food was hot they didn't miss one item we ate inside where it was clean and friendly great environment we'll go there again and again, and the best milkshakes ever
Was charged incorrectly, when brought to I believe was the managers attention, he just handed us another burger. They also forgot to give us an order of fries. Had to go back up to the counter for that.
I don’t understand why my bread is always hard when I come here, this was my second time coming to this location and half of my bread was rock hard while the other half was soft.
