At this restaurant is just bad service, we stop by to trying to grab a "quick bite". Personnel is not paying atention to front counter (I ordered for dine in, it took 30min to receive the food and it was wrong) the employees front counter/drive thru and seem that they DON'T know what to do. The back kitchen are just talking in Spanish and laughing. Oh and the soda machine is complete out of 80% of flavor options. Am actually very surprised I had just a bad experienced giving the fact I have visited major Jack restaurants and strongly believe they can do SO much better. Obviously management strongly need more lead training. I don't think I would stop by here again. Hopefully this doesn't happen to ANY one else again.
Rushing my through my order then cut me off while I was trying to finish my order. So rude and unprofessional!
This location is definitely not on thier game..... This is the second time where I've paid for food that I didn't receive. This is getting really irritating, especially when I'm coming from a long day of work where I don't feel like cooking.
Serving up DRY CRUSTY burgers!!! Don't get the PATTY MELT. As far as the food here, it's probably the worst location I have been too.
Service was ok if you ordered to go they don't bother to give you condiments so when you leave and try to eat no ketchup no mayo no sauce its really anode
I ordered the patty melt and they left off the grilled onions a major part of the sandwich. The frys sat around and were cold.
Ordered the LOADED tiny tacos . And the werent . Just a little cheese squirted on them. No ice in the ice machine . And the syrup or carbonation was missing for our drinks. So never again.

I always go to this location. But recently it gotten really bad.The ppl taking the order are having bad attitude. And today I had to repeat the order 3 times and they didn’t get it.I asked if she can hear me then she gave me bad attitude and I said ok I’m leaving…she replied “fu**ing leave then” lolDont go there. Surveys or feedback doesn’t change anything
Half of my order was missing as they were out of tacos and curly fries, didn’t receive a refund or a replacement for the money amount. It was an online order so it was paid ahead of time, I never heard back after submitting claim
