If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. There were 3 people in the entire place. We were passed by 2 employees as we were waiting to be seated. 2 employees were at the “checkout” counter. We stood there 10 minutes. 1 woman finished at the counter, walked away, looked directly at us standing there waiting to be seated. Rolled her eyes and walked to the kitchen area. That was enough for us. No wonder there was no one there. Should’ve known better on a Saturday at 2:30 in the afternoon If there’s no business, then there’s a reason why. Don’t hop, RUN away from this place. No customer service whatsoever. We went down the street to House of Pies. I suggest you do the same. Don’t bother stopping.

The best thing was the cold water. My server Yuri was very kind. It was the food that was horrible. I ordered an omelet. The hash brown inside the omelet was COMPLETELY BURNED. I heard another customer require their hash brown be burned. They actually requested that but left before food came. I guess the cook decided to put it in my food. UNACCEPTABLE!! It also had no type of flavor.

Never order online at this location. I have done this several times due to the convenience of the location, and each time they do not begin preparing your order until you arrive regardless of the pickup time you are given. No one is designated for the reception desk in the morning and the wait staff acts as if they can’t be bothered with it, so you wait and wait while receiving glances from the staff, letting you know that they don’t care. When member of the staff finally takes a moment out of their busy schedule to help you, they respond with “give us two minutes”, comes back 10 minutes later with “gives us 10-15 minutes” without ever going to check on your order. Also, food is subpar, below your expectations for ihop.

I loved eating at this location. Our server was great & the food was very good. The place was packed but out food was served promptly. The only negative I can say about this location is the Hostess had a sourpuss attitude. She was clearly not a happy employee & since she is the first person customers encounter, it does not bode well. But the Server made up for her.And the short order cooks do not receive the recognition they deserve since they literally unnoticed by the customers. But I wanted to include my appreciation of them on this review. The dining area and restrooms were clean and sanitized.

They literally have 2 employees working and 20 minute wait time just to be seated, meaning you can be sure it’ll take an hour to get your food. Not worth anyones time and the people who eat there are low quality with kids running around hitting our stroller while our baby is sleepy, we yelled at the careless parents and left

Arrived at this IHOP around 10:40am today expecting to enjoy a nice breakfast with my group (5 in our party). There were several people waiting around outside, and about 12 inside waiting to be seated. I expected the dining area to be packed with that many people waiting, but I noticed there were actually several unoccupied tables in the dining area! When I asked the lady at the entrance (I presume she was the manager) how long a wait I should expect, she said :25-:30 mins. I also asked why folks weren’t being seated sooner since I could see there were at least 3 empty tables currently available. She said they were short-handed with only 3 waitresses. After :45 mins passed we decided to leave because we learned that there were still 5 MORE groups ahead of us still waiting for a table!! This is very poor management since, according to reviews I read,, is a recurring problem at this IHOP location. If you wantpeople to patronize your establishment, why not work on resolving this under-staffed issue that results in these very long wait times…and yes, in excess of the :25-:30 min. the manager seem to routinely tell everyone. It was a complete waste of our time and I shall never go there against

This IHOP was like most on a weekend. A little wait but moves kind of quick and the food is always the same. The consistency is what IHOP has going for it really. If you like IHOP this one is like the other ones.

breakfast sampler plate is awesome and French toast is delicious

The food is OK, but the customer service & overall ambience could be so much better. The staff all looked down & out...maybe they were overworked because of staff shortage, but you don't get that warm & welcoming feeling. The section where we got seated looked messy & there was this annoying door alarm that kept on beeping quite loudly every 10-15 seconds. I did ask if the alarm could be disabled, to which the response was "oh, everyone asks about that". So they just knowingly let an annoying beeping sound continue in the background & don't bother to fix it? If I happen do get a craving for IHOP pancakes next time, I think I will just do takeout as the dine-in experience was not an enjoyable one.

The worse IHOP I’ve ever been. Every time I come here is the same. Only three tables seated and a long line waiting hours. They accept online orders but they are delayed on that too, there are people here coming for pick up orders waiting for one hour. Empty tables everywhere with more than 40-50 peoples waiting
