It took a long time to receive the food. When delivered, the delivery guy asked for a tip, which wasn’t deserved after having to wait long for the food. Also, this has been the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The rice tasted burnt and the egg rolls were nasty. The only decent food was orange chicken. I feel as though I wasted $40 for disgusting food. Not happy at all. I definitely will not be returning.
The food is superb. Love their chicken wings!!!! Wonton soup is awesome. Excellent delivery. Love this place.
I was very hesitant to try, but my experience had been good!My first order was the crab and cheese puffs and sweet and sour pork. I was extremely happy with my selection with the only negative comment being that the puffs tasted like they had a little bit too much onion powder. My fiance my fiance ordered pizza that night, said his pizza was terrible and he wished that he got Chinese food with me.The next day I went again and bought Moo Shu Pork, Beef Chow Fun and Sweet and Sour Chicken.Today I ordered Beef Chow Mein and Orange Beef.I understand that there's been a change in management and that there has been a big improvement in the quality of food Golden China serves as well as customer service. I'm happy I gave them a chance. The price and quality are good.We've been to several Chinese takeout places in the area, and while I don't really have complaints about quality or flavor elsewhere, variety and price have been big factors in me deciding not to go back.
If i could rate a -10 i would. Order took forver, then gave me the wrong food, ran after me as i was leaving to retrieve the food. Had to wait for them to remake my order as it was given to the wrong person. Oh but wait, it gets better.......as i wait, roaches are crawling across the tables and under the tables, one of which a family had just left from. GROSS! NASTY! FILTHY!!!! Avoid this disgusting, unsanitary place.This all happened on 2/5/2022 between 6 & 7pm. I have pictures to prove it!
Decided to be different and order Chinese food for the family for Christmas. The kids love Chinese chicken wings, so I purchased 3 orders and asked them to fry them easy, and this is the garbage they sent me. Keep in mind, these chicken wings are eight dollars per 4, so this was 24 bucks worth of trash. I don't even think my garbage can enjoyed it.The food came an hour late, cold, and an order of white rice was missing. That's what I get for trying to skip cooking on Christmas day. Never again!
They have improved alot, I went there couple times, and recently they have hired a new chef and a lady at the front desk. The front desk lady's name is Tina. Tina is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I asked her what is the best seafood dish, she quickly introduced me the shrimp and lobster sauce dish, so I decided to pick what she have recommend. The chef was skillful and quick, my food were ready within ten minutes. Food were delicious, shrimps were fresh, and the sauce was great. I highly recommend this place. They have once made a mistake on a delivery order, they quickly fixed the problem and made a second delivery to make sure everything is correct. A warm heart towards their customers is what it is needed, and they have it.
The food didn’t taste bad, but it looked like dishes were thrown together from whatever ingredients were close at hand. While we didn’t expect 5 star food, we did expect quality to match with other places we’ve ordered from locally.We ordered dinner for 4 adults and none of us enjoyed. I had to pickup food elsewhere. I will not be ordering here again.Hopefully this will help them to improve.
