The only place our family will sit down and eat sushi/sashimi. Always fresh and always delicious. Plus it’s BYOB. The service is always top notch. We are big supporters of locally owned small businesses, it’s just a nice plus when the food is amazing.
I saw good reviews on Yelp, so decided to try it out. I ordered Love Boat For 2 ($68). It's definitely over priced, and the crab rolls, shrimp rolls, and egg rolls are dry and not fresh. These taste like heb level sushi. I also ordered Takoyaki. It tastes not bad but it's cold inside...
Dinner was amazing and the service was excellent. The sushi was super fresh and the rice was perfect. The gyoza had the best flavor. I would definitely recommend 10/10!
We went there yesterday during their happy hour and we all had a really great experience. Delicious food, friendly staff, and overall very affordable. We will be back!

I love this place. These restaurant has the nicest employees and the food is fresh. The outdoor eating is surprising very nice. The bento box is our go to order. Can't wait to go back soon!
Delicious food, terrific and gregarious chef, nice servers. Happy hour is from 3:30 to 6:30, and you can get some excellent food just off of that menu!
I was a little confused at the king crab being texturally baby-soft/mushy on top of the roll (which caused me to question what I ordered and take another gander at the menu)as well as the eel for the two rolls I ordered. I don't claim to be a sushi expert but that was not favorable to my palate. Also, the dinosaur roll just completely doesn't work.. There was some hard, noticeable substance inside the roll that took away from the mushy eel on top (all very taxing to eat). Definitely a confusing experience for such a heavy price. I'm very greedy and could barely finish my rolls because of the confusing textures of the fish and inner contents. I make my own sushi a lot but right now Edojin Sushi is the best sushi I've ever tasted.The atmosphere is beautiful, but I was also distracted by a particular lengthy song track that was eerie.. So maybe it was simply that and that the sushi actually is fantastic? ??
Ginza is a wonderful restaurant with excellent service.
The food is awesome! Very clean and friendly environment. The rolls and sushi are top of the rank. The Sashimi 刺身is amazingly fresh.
