My mind was blown when I devoured my order. I had a mini pizza and their wings. Both were tasty but the pizza is definitely what won me over. I am adding this place to my go to list when in the Cypress area. Also let me not forget the service was great as well.
Great pizza and great service. Everyone was so attentive to us while we were there making sure we were comfortable. I love how they answered yes sir and yes ma'am to everyone. Very great restaurant.
My family loves Gambino’s pizza. We typically order from this location in Cypress at least once a month. Unfortunately I tried using the Slice ordering method which is suggested on the website. We had a small discrepancy with our order, and when my husband called the store to ask about fixing it, he was abruptly and quite rudely told this was not the store’s problem, and to address it with Slice. Now I understand if the third party company is responsible for fixing the mistake, but I have to say the customer service we received from this Gambino’s employee (Ryan) was incredibly disappointing. He was not the manager, but he felt the need to argue his point for several minutes regardless. When I finally spoke to the supervisor, he (Colby?) simply apologized and still stated there was nothing they could do. I’m just frustrated with the poor customer service and wanted to share, as I let them know over the phone I would be doing.
Service: I had to wait an additional 45 minutes or so at the restaurant because pizza wasn’t ready at the estimated time they said it would be. I was right there waiting but it still came out cold…… (warm, to be exact) it seemed like they short staffed in the kitchen.Pizza: Crust tasted like frozen pizza from grocery store. (I order pan pizza) but meat toppings were yummy and loaded. We are not giving up just yet and will try again with thin crust.
Good pizza at a reasonable price. Interior is very casual. This place looks like a typical mom and pop pizzeria. The pizza was good.
I wish there was a 0 Star option due to the attitude I received today 3/24/22 from the 2 male associates working. I simply returned a pizza that was not made property and both workers were very rude.The worst of the two is a short blond hair guy with glasses, I thought he was going to lash out at me. Going to report this to the Better Business Bureau.
Great pizza and subs! Make sure they put your pickle that they advertise that goes with the sub as 5 out of the last 6 times I have not received it in the bag.
We moved to TX about 7 months ago and I have to say Gambino's is one of the best pizza joints I've eaten at here in this part of TX.
