Don't bother coming here. Im not sure if it was a manager or a team leader but a guy in a collared red shirt was rude and had the worst attitude. Never coming back to this location, I would rather drive farther away to a different location then deal with the people working here.Edit: It would’ve been better if they had just gotten the order correct but they gave me the wrong order. Overall bad experience
Longer than usual wait. Didn't mind until I received my order. For $16 got stale fries, hamburger had no taste except for the mustard. Usually get the Little Burger, it's not what it used to be. Most likely not coming back.
There regular burgers are two meat patties. If you want smaller you must request it. Excellent burgers. Fries were limp.
Got a bacon cheeseburger all the way and a small cajun fry. My review is not indicative of this specific restaurant as much as 5 guys as a chain. This was my second and last time patronizing 5 guys. The burger, even with all of those fixings, was tasteless and boring. The fries, although seemingly coated with cajun seasonings, were very lightly salted. The fries were a perfect consistency and I’d try them again with some ranch; at home because they don’t serve ranch in the restaurant ? i paid $18 for what was possibly the worst burger that I’ve ever tasted. I feel sorry for the people co-signing 5 guys because it means that you have never had a good burger in your life ?
Make sure to get all your fries.The regular order is normally in a cup plus a scoop in th bagTh middle size should be larger
1st time eatting here and definitely will be the last! Total waste of money!! Why ask people what they want on there burger if they just put whatever they want on them..Couldn't even eat it..Definitely not worth $40 for 3 small burgers and some fries.. the name should be 5 sloppy undercooked gross burger guys!! Don't waste your money! Go some place else!!!

Messed up the order at the counter left 1 burger completely outbof my order and there was another guy before me arguing with the manager aboutbhos burger being messed up!!!! I like there burgers but the service was very poor today.

Hubby liked his burger but he paid for the biggest fry so we could share but they gave him a regular but we didn't realize it until we were almost home, and there was no way we are driving all the way back. It would be nice if they would be a little more detailed oriented with stuff like that especially when it costs a customer more money. Friendly staff and clean store
