Omg I cannot say enough good things about these sandwiches. The people are amaze ballz!!! There's the big guy, the little woman, and the girl with long hair, super friendly smiles as I walked in. Definitely coming back!!
$8 for 50 cents worth of food!They give you one little thin slice of meat on an amost nothing sub.... With all the subshops nowadays I don't know why anybody would buy these....
I placed an online order and I showed up and Torri the employee that was still there told me that they turned everything off already? I placed my order at 6:47 and pick-up time was at 7:05. Your store hours are until 9 pm.I can’t believe this, this is a horrible experience. The employees could have easily given me a courtesy call and let me know they weren’t going to make my dinner. That’s very poor customer service on their part and that is upsetting.
The food is good, but this place is understaffed and a couple of employees could be more prepared and friendlier. A 20min wait for a sandwich is a bit much with only 2 other customers in the store.
3rd times a charm is right lol. The 3xs I've been here the service has been trash. Each time. Yeaa my fault for spending my money here 3xs, but you'd think they'd get it together. Guess not.. IF they greet you, you'll get a very unpleasant "Sup.." huh?? I'd recommend getting ppl that actually know what greeting and customer service is. Thanks, but no thanks. Take notes.
Horrible. Rude. Came in from out of town for a soccer tournament… came in to order sandwiches for our team (not with us … resting at hotel). When I had the order and said I have 17 sandwiches I need to order, the lady behind the counter said “no. We can’t do that. We can’t make that many.” Mind you, I let a lady go in front of me to order her sandwich first… and their were maybe 6 people in the restaurant (already eating). I said, so if I had my 17 girls here in person ordering their food you would not serve us? She said well… it would just take a while. FULLY AWARE that it takes a while to make 17 sandwiches … know this when traveling and trying to feed a team. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Poor service and horrible for your community.
I ordered 2 sandwiches to go, and at my location while we are eating them, 1 nasty long hair but ok, we take risks on to go’s orders. But then a 2nd one. Come on man! You got to be care full with what your costumers are gonna eat from you…
I love coming here , we drive thirty minutes to this firehouse , today they was a little busy they had a fifteen minute wait, I watched people have a terrible attitude over this , my thoughts on this by the time the people who walked out drove somewhere else they could of done had a terrific amazing sandwich , Thank you guys for your hard work and the best Chilli an sandwich ever.
DONT COME HERE! Just witnessed this guy making a sandwich and the sandwich fell on his clothes and he continued to make the sandwich and wrap it. I said something about it and he was playing like he didn’t know what i was talking about when its mayo all over the bottom of his shirt. THATS DISGUSTING i will be calling corporate and getting the video footage.
I haven’t eaten here in a few years not for any bad reasons it was just out of my way and I didn’t remember if I liked it. Turns out, I love it! I didn’t know what to get and I had Brandon be more than happy to help me out! He was great and gave a thorough explanation on the subs to help me make my pick! The subs were delicious and what I was craving for. Definitely going to come back more than I was before. Friendly staff and good scenery with even better food.
