The ladies at the barker Cypress location near Kroger in cypress are Amazing! Our wait was a little longer than normal today, but everything we ordered was so good and fresh. The young lady at the drive thru even apologized for the wait due to them being short staffed. Always good service at that location. Super sweet staff!
Idk why there are so many low star reviews for this location. Everyone here has good vibes, and bust their tales as far as I can tell. Y’all keep being dope
The staff was very amicable. They made sure they offer options of mocha and caramel for the cappuccino blast. I stuck with the original and my taste buds went crazy! The consistency of the cappuccino blast was smoothly blended. Thank You ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I went for the first time today because it was the only thing open near me at 5am. And definitely glad I had never gone before because it’s not worth it, for $ 9.60 I got 6 pieces of burnt hash browns an ok croissant sandwich and a smal cup of ice, it was supposed to be a matcha iced latte but it was just ice with a splash of latte. So much so that I thought the lid was faulty when I tried to insert my straw, but no, that’s just how much the guy stuffed it with ice.
Used to be great quick service, but whoever is running this location is bad! Slow careless kids working there, have no manners and are lackadaisical in their job!!
Went from good enough, cheaper than Starbucks, fast, easy. For years it was my number 2 coffee and breakfast snack option before work on weekends etc. then staff changed and the coffee quality did as well it was simply burnt most of the time. Ice coffee got watered down, lattes might as well be from one of those machines in hospitals. Then it became horrible, bad service, nasty coffee, fake lattes that obviously do come from a machine and do not use real Espresso shots. Waste of money! Today was my last attempt at hoping they would return to my quick , easy, good enough number 2 option. I will never waste my money here again.

Great place to go with your family. My son and I love going and eating donuts. I'm not sure who's more excited going there me or my son. ? lol. Mmmmmm.
Horrible service. Stood at the ice cream counter for 10 minutes and no one even bothered to acknowledge me. Not even a glance. Will not recommend it or returnZero stars need to be an option.
Worse customer service ever!!! so rude everytime I come here. Have to wait about 10 mins to be acknowledged by anyone here, happen many times already! They don’t greet and have attitude ! never going here again!
