I HAVE NEVER order from Dominoes and had 1/2 made effort pizzas/pasta until I move and order from this location. Free pizzas doesn’t make up for the fact that this place can NOT get it right. You are better off making the pizza yourself. Little to no sauce, they skimp you on the cheese. Don’t order extra cheese because you won’t get it. Today took the cake. My pizzas were brick cold and my thin crust had literally no sauce but filled with toppings. Before this, I had a pasta pan with literally a 1/2 cup of pasta and toppings (enough to feed a toddler) I had to call back for another one. Their response is that they measure everything. I had pasta bakes plenty of times and it was an adequate enough.I had to call one time and ask the manager for a REAL pizza (and she delivered on that) but why do I have to call for a REAL pizza. I have had so many free pizzas from them that I’m tired. I don’t want it anymore because it still come back terrible. Will not order from them again.
It's 11 pm there open for a hour. Wouldn't answer a call and shut online ordering. I understand it's 11, but you don't close for a hour. I was gunna pick it up and Im 5 mins away. Which mean they could have made it and had me a pizza before 11:30. I work 17 hours today. And would have enjoyed a pizza. But I guess closing early is worth more then people's business. I understand no one likes working late. But it's disrespectful to close a hour early. Then work till close. Will not order from here again.
Went late last night after midnight, one dude working... He was awesome. Made the pizza so delicious, greeted as I came in, and also got me at the register. One guy!! He was awesome, yo!!!
This location is horrible! They don't stand behind their 2 minute guarantee, they didn't keep the food warm and after 18 minutes - they still hadn't answered their phone, with me trying to ask about my order...I will never do an order from this location again!!

The pizza has always been correct every time I have ordered but I’ve been disappointed in the staff the last two times I’ve ordered. Their service could be better. The manager doesn’t seem to care or value customers. I requested for the bread bites to be fresh and they were hard and used with old dough. I then asked for them to remake it without a problem and looked at me like I was an inconvenience to them. They remade it and it looked the exact same. I’m really disappointed because I used to order from them quite a lot.
The pizza I ordered was made exactly was made exactly like I ordered. However, the delivery guy held my pizza hostage until he knew whether I was leaving a tip! He called my phone wanting to know if I was adding a tip to the order I prepaid for. He even tried to tell me I had to sign paperwork to receive the pizza (the website states clearly it is CONTACTLESS DELIVERY). I told him the order was contactless and the instructions were to leave it in the chair by the door, his tip was in the chair. He disconnected the call, took the pizza out of his car and literally tossed it on the table on the porch, the top box sliding off. He obviously wanted to be mad more than he wanted his tip!
Just spoke with the manager about a free pizza I was due for an incorrect order and poor service during my last pizza delivery. The free pizza credit that I was given for my troubles was no longer valid. The manager said that I would have to go through customer service. I appreciate businesses that provide customer service without having to speak to a specific department called customer service. How about we shoot for making every department proficient with customer service? Dominoes will not be receiving my business in the future.
Tried to order (2) days in a row. The first time Tuesday 10/5 ordered accepted and confirmed. (45) minutes later the order was cancelled with NO explanation. Tried to order a second time 10/6 order went through and confirmed this time however a representative did call to say they had no drivers so delivery was not available. The website did not indicate that. Very disappointed but I do understand everywhere is battling a shortage of employees.
Ownership and management has changed several times over the years, and whoever owns/manages this location now is doing a fantastic job! They are fast, the pizzas are not short on ingredients, and the specials can't be beat.
