Don’t DO IT! Two pizzas and wings ordered at 6:47. It is now 9:04 and still no pizza. By far the worst experience I’ve had at any pizza chain. I’d give zero stars if I could.EDIT: we finally received our order. It’s 10:38. Unbelievable.
Terrible, absolutely terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
Seems like they switched the team at this location. Before i would drive out of my way to get better customer service somewhere else. Today at 5:45 I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Team was friendly and supportive of each other. They made sure my order was correct and friendly as I left. Hopeful this is a new normal for this location.
Just had handmade pan pizzas and wings delivered. They were delivered quick and hot. The pizza and wings were incredible! Love the flavor and texture of the handmade pan crust and the parmesan garlic wings tasted fresh with amazing flavor. I've tried just about all of the other local and chain pizza places and keep coming back to the Dominos location at Mason. My compliments to those taking orders, preparing, and delivering from this location - well done.
Be cautious when ordering the pasta, they dont mix the sauce with the noodles which burns them. This has happened to me many times.
Ordered pizza for a bunch of hungry boys on my sons birthday. Went to the store to pick up and sat in my car for 30 mins waiting and watching the store fill up with people who eventually left empty handed. I understand they are very short handed but there must be a way for them to only receive as many orders as they can fill right? The staff was nice but I had to cancel my order which at that point had not even been made. This is a very poor managed location and whoever owns it better get some more employees or they are going to be out of business in Fairfield because there are so many other choices.
Came on here to make others aware it is impossible to get anyone on the phone, but realized I’m the late show. Order has not arrived and it has been over an hour. I’ve had one of horrible experience at this location and said never again. After time decided to give them another shot to find I made a mistake. Save yourself and do not order from here. Go across the street to Pizza Hut. This place is horrible. There has to be some phone answer rate report to validate what everyone is saying if anyone cares.
Your pizza will NEVER be on time!!! If you call you will wait on hold a minimum of 25 min. First I was a customer my order was to be delivered. It took 1 hour and 48 min. The tracker stayed on prep for 45 min. At that point I called and waited on hold for over 30 min. At that point it was in the oven which was like an hour and 15min after I placed order. This happen almost the same way a second time. The third time I figured I’d pick it up. it gave an estimate time it should be ready. And it wasn’t!!!! We had to wait an additional forty minutes from the estimate time. Horrible customer service as well!!! Act as though you just have to deal with their tardiness. We waited for the pizza order with the attached picture until 8:45 pm over an hour past the estimate time. AND they couldn’t “find” 2 of the pizzas. Ask if we wanted a “refund” after waiting and waistline our time for over an hour.
Really disappointed today. We ordered 4 pizzas. They arrived in a reasonable time frame, but we ordered 3 on gluten free crust due to severe sensitivities, including for my kids. They wrote “ran out of gluten free crust” at the top of the receipt and delivered 2 regular pizzas, and 2 gluten free pizzas. So one of my kids is gluten free, and can’t eat the regular pizza that was delivered for him. Why wouldn’t they call and explain they’re out of crust so we can make another arrangement for his dinner? Instead, they gave us a pizza we can’t use, AND they charged us the full gluten free price for it - which is more expensive than regular crust.
Definitely need more staff. The pizza is never ready on time. I've hoped they would improve over the last few months. Unfortunately, they have not. I will definitely go to a different domino's in the future.
