NO STAR AT ALL HOUR WAITING!!!!! Waiter rude only had one guy his food and he was out many clients here very anxious waiting …..it’s messs… first definitely last time…
Service was great and the staff were very polite! The food was delicious and the tables/restaurant/bathrooms were clean. Would definitely eat here again!
Sergio - our waiter today was so efficient and enthusiastic. He was truly incredible. As we approached the door to the Denny’s he turned looked at us and flashed two fingers from through the doors (confirming a table for 2). As we walked in he had the menus in hand and seated us right away. What service! He was on the ball while pleasant and efficient. For any management that may see this review, I highly recommend Sergio (was not provided a surname) for promotion. Great server! Go Sergio! The fact that I haven’t been to Denny’s in several years this was a great experience. Our chocolate pancake balls that we had as a snack were hot and fresh and super yummy. I told both managers on duty of this experiences.
Was here this morning and our waiter Fardin did an amazing job considering he was the only one waiting tables and the restaurant was half full and he is moving like fire. Amazing service! The French toast slam was made and delivered very fast and was delicious. Such an amazing experience from an extremely fast and enthusiastic waiter. Good job Fardin.
Was the worst. Went there for my husband's free birthday breakfast. Was forever getting waited on. Finally brought our breakfast. Never saw the waitress again until we got up to leave, she brought our bill to the register. Another waiter was going around asking if people wanted refills on their coffee, he never came to our table. So you can say we were ghosted there. Just like we didn't exist. Worst birthday breakfast ever. Never once did anyone ask us if we needed anything. This was in Cypress, Texas. Denny's at 290 and Spring Cypress. They really need to improve that store. There was not many people in there either.
Loved our waiter. He was awesome. What I ordered he came back to tell me they were out. He played along as I acted like I was mad and going to leave. It was fun. Just have to say something for who ever sees this. Times are rough these days for restaurants. #1 they can't get enough people who want to work, thanks BIDEN.. And the food is short. Everyone, PLEASE be nice and patient with the employees. Remember, they are working and you wouldn't have a Dennys if it weren't for them. Thank you and thank them.
This is actually the best Dennys I've been to, the server Sergio R was full of energy and gave a positive vibe, you know he likes working there, place was clean and what can I say about the food it was excellent, I'm a truck driver and I've been to dozens of Dennys and all of them are bad, people are rude or the food is given half done and without effort, they should learn from this one the food and service does not compare to the others. Next time I come back will definitely visit again, keep doing a great job.
Still surprised this place has over 3 stars. We went there about 2 months ago. This was the worse Denny’s we’ve ever been to. It was dirty, the food was cold, and we had bad service. We also got to experience how the waitress got mad and yelled at a family for walking in without her consent. The family did not speak much English so they didn’t understand what she was saying. We was still very mean to them throughout the time they were there. Will never come back to this place again.
Trashy location. Service was slow and rewarding served orange juice in a chipped glass. Took 10 mins before they finally replaced my drink. Dirty coffee cups also. Health dept should look into this place. Or better yet get a manager that's in top of things. Won't return
Food tastes great, but it's not too healthy.I love that they're open 24/7, it's a very reliable american restaurant. They're essentially a sit down diner, serving milkshakes and burgers and pancakes, all of that stuff. They're not terribly expensive, and the service is always phenomenal. Such kind people.9/10 recommend, -1pt just because of heath reasons. Great restaurant regardless.
