Really like this place. Fortunate to be so close to it. Really great alternative to any of the big chains. Great variety of flavors, stuffed crust and seasoned crust is on point. Highly recommend.
This place clearly has changed recently. The order wasn't even ready when I scheduled the time over an hour in advance and they don't know how to cut a pizza, it was 5 completely uneven slices. Very salty and expensive as well.
Used to be our favorite weekly pizza fix. However, something has changed recently and both the food and service are no longer what they once were.
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza joint. Used to be a fantastic place but the service is absolutely horrendous. Zero adults working on a Friday night. Place is being run by the inmates. Ridiculous.
Great pizza. Awesome menu.Decided to try the Grilled Cheese pizza. Sounded a bit different but I can assure you that it was well worth trying. Order it you won’t be disappointed. Especially if you are a fan garlic bread.I ordered a total of three pizzas as well as pepperoni rolls and they were all fantastic.Please be patient with the staff, like a lot of places they are short staffed and they are very busy. While I waited there was a constant flow of patrons through the door and all were happy.This was my first visit but will not be my last.Thank you Dattz Pizza.
This place is NOT the same! We've noticed a decline over the last few months and it's only getting worse. My understanding is that they are under new ownership. They need to get their act together. Their online ordering is terrible. They can't honor their own coupons. Tonight all 4 of our pizzas we not cut and there might have been 10 pepperonis on our entire large pizza. Please bring back the Dattz that we have loved for years!
I have shared this pizza with 2 people. My brother, and a friend, both said that this was the best pizza, that they ever had. I agree. They make some good pizza. Price is very reasonable. 5 stars.
The pizza is great but I feel like the people working there have got worse over the last year, my recent order was don’t on line, it took them over an hour to make it on a non-busy day and then they got my order wrong and I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the right pizza made. Hope management is paying attention.
Dattz used to be our go to Pizza delivery place. They were amazing, the staff were great and the owners couldn't do enough. BUT, after the changed owners it has gone down the pan. After messing up an order a few weeks ago, I let it slide. Tonight was absolutely ridiculous. 2 hour delivery as they only had one driver. No biggie we can pick up. But still. The order itself, couldn't order online, missed off 6 pepperoni rolls, ran out of marinara sauce, no sauce at all on the hot wings. Management is no existent at the best of times, leaving a bunch of 18 year olds to handle stuff on a Friday evening is ridiculous. Sorry to say after many years we won't be using Dattz again. Well I was there picking up my order someone else came back and their pizza wasn't sliced. It's the doncarish attitude of the staff that really makes this worse. Hopefully they can turn this around as their food is still pretty good.
Dattz Pizza has a really good product. What they do not have is customer service. I have ordered on the website for delivery twice. Followed their prompt for picking a delivery time. The first time was 2 hours later after I placed the order and had to go pick it up. The second time 4/8/22 it did not arrive at the specified. I gave it an additional 20 knowing its a Friday night. I called, no answers. I drove up there asked and was told its not ready, I asked why they didn't answer their phone (it's broke). They couldn't tell me when it would be ready, my wife calls and tells me they just delivered. I left. This was actually the third time to have an issue. They absolutely did not care I was standing there. The 3 stars are for the food only! The owner needs to train his kids!
