Not too doughy or too hard.- They tend to have a nice rotation of non - chocolate cookies to eat as well, which is a plus for me.- They ship out of state and do local deliveriesIt's not something I can eat all the time, but it is definitely worth the trip when you have a sweet tooth.P.S checkout their app in the app store to store up points for free cookies
Crumbl has great flavors and reasonable prices. The coconut lime cookie was incredible. I prefer Crumbl any day of the week over Tiffs.
Soooo good‼️ I was a bit sad they didn’t have my favorite cookie ? (macadamia with white chocolate) but I understand the concept of having a different flavor available at times. Great way to order, so people don’t waste the employees time making up their mind on what they want?. The cookies were big, delicious, fresh and soft ?
What can I say about this place that hasn’t already been said out them already? Even though I’m not a fan of their chocolate chip cookie I love how Crumbl keeps coming out with new flavors every week which in turn keeps a person like me looking for their new drops every Monday morning while in the gym lol. It’s what has inspired a bootleg crumbl cookie crew at my job ?This week I had to try the:Triple Chocolate chip cookie ? 4/5 dare I say it isn’t chocolate enoughthe key lime cookie 4/5 I don’t like key like but crumbl has impressed me with trying this I don’t like and this was better than expected.and the famous sugar cookie. 4/5 it’s good ?
I've visited this location 4 times and have had a consistently positive experience. There usually isn't a wait and it's very easy to order and convenient. I appreciate that they show you your cookie before you accept it so there's no confusion. The cookies are very rich so I always save some for later.
The concept behind Crumbl Cookies is such a hit to me. Changing your flavor selection weekly is a sure way to have people coming back.Location: Top notch. Towne lake is such a cute area. Family friendly and everything is walkable but parking gets hectic because the mass growth in the Cypress area in such a short time. There is just not enough spots for everyone. Non the less, if you have a good attitude and are patient, you'll find something quickly because it's a very active area.Store Front: Modern, bright and CLEAN. I have to say this because I equate light to cleanliness. Dark, moody places are always questionable, but well lit places have little ability to hide much.Great staff, mobile pay options available for easy transactions. Price per cookie at this location is $3.25. Seems reasonable for the grand size of the cookies themselves.I am personally not a fan of the overly icing topped cookies, but my daughter is and her favorite so far is the coconut cream pie! It was seasonal so who knows when it will be back!I loved the oatmeal chocolate chip. Served warm! Yum.They have an app, just download it lolYou can check the flavors weekly and see if something taps your interest.Obviously will be returning!

These cookies are the bomb!!!! Dangerously delicious and the menu changes weekly so there’s always something new to try. I look forward to seeing what’s new.
These cookies look and taste so good!! I received a delivery for valentines for my girls from a family member who loves out of state and we will now be regulars. Great gifts to send out clients and or loved ones.
I’ve been to all of the Crumbl locations in the Houston metropolitan area, however, this one is my absolute favorite!! 95% of the time, the Towne Lake location always provides the best experience, especially when you come earlier in the day. The day staff are always the friendliest. Had the caramel popcorn cookie and that was a solid 10 out of 10. It was fresh and the frosting, caramel popcorn and the caramel drizzle was the extra pizazz needed. The funfetti cookie was a bit hard and you could definitely tell it had been sitting for awhile. I was a bit underwhelmed, but I’d give it a 5 out of 10. If you’re looking to come to Crumbl this week, definitely try the caramel popcorn cookie. It was extremely satisfying.
