I come here often for take out and last night wasn't that great. Had roasted street corn as a side and what I got was just a regular corn with some peppers sprinkle on top. I'm attaching an image of the corn they gave me in the foil wrap and next to it is the how the Chili's roasted street corn is supposed to look like on their website. Whoever was working evening shift yesterday around 8pm must have been dozing off in the kitchen.

Today was such a disappointment. I can't believe that everything went wrong. From the food order to kitchen actually getting it ready to what came out and when it came out. We saw another family come on the next table probably 10 minutes after us, they ordered, ate, left, another family came ordered, ate and were still drinking, when our food finally arrived with mistake. I didn't even stay for my birthday song, desert or anything. We just all decided to leave and then my dad didn't even get a receipt. Utensils were kinda spotty with water stains, kids didn't get their refills. Funniest thing was it was 40 mins passed after we ordered and our wait person comes and says, "do you all need boxes for your left overs," we were like we haven't even gotten our food! Then another 15-17 mins went by when food arrived but instead of shrimp on pasta we got chicken on one of the orders, two orders were Cajun pasta but one came as Alfredo. I really don't know what was going on.
Went with some friends after almost a decade! I only went for the southwest eggrolls . (I got the southwest eggrolls and still the same and yummy)a friend of mine got a cheese burger, where the waitress didnt ask how to cook the patty. Burger came very well done and was chewy. Quesadilla explosion salad was another order at the table, salad felt old and stale according to my friend who ordered it, she eats it regularly, so could be just this location.Worst part. The silverware had stuck on old food on it. (See attached pictures)Mixed feelings. At one time it used to be a really great restaurant. Now its old and smells funny and the service has gotten bad.Will try again in another decade!
I just left this location to pickup a To Go order and I promise you these servers are spreading massive germs. I'm literally watching one of the servers clean the counter with a damp towel then put her hands in some food to be served. No one has on gloves and that is insane to me. I promise I will not be coming back and the crazy part my family and I eat here at least one a week.
The only reason why this review is four stars is due to my LOVELY waitress/bartender Linda. Linda is a five star lady and was absolutely fantastic. The food is always pretty decent and I’m a fan of Chili’s but I usually get a fairly unpleasant waitress and sometimes the service is slow. Linda, on the other hand, was stellar. She was quick, kind, and had been dealing with some issues at work but didn’t let them affect her attitude or work ethic. Linda, if you are reading this review, I’d like to say thank you for making my experience (and my friends Mike and Felipe) so wonderful. We will be back to say hi!
Very disappointed in all areas of the restaurant. Have been there many times over the last decade. First time to see how dirty overall the restaurant was in. Could not figure out if there was host/hostess working. Witness many customers just standing at front door to be seated. But witnessed more people just leaving. That was the first. Never did I see a manager. The employees had a nonchalant attitude. Nobody greeted us or recognized us. We had to ask for service. Very disappointed to see a good restaurant go downhill.
Worst service ever. Waited 10 minutes for the host to “clean a table for us” just for her to bring us to a dirty table. We had to ask for her to wipe the menu off which had spills and food all over it then we had to wipe down the table and tablet ourselves. There was food on the table behind us for almost an hour, it had to have been there longer than that though because the smell of it was horrible and there were gnats flying around our tables. We had to ask two different servers to clean it before someone actually got to it. Then the host proceeded to bring another party to the table without wiping it off once again. The party asked to be moved because it was dirty and the host brung them to ANOTHER dirty table. One of the members in my party ordered pasta without tomato’s, the server brung pasta with tomatoes and when we explained to her that it was supposed to be without tomato’s, she went to the back and just removed the tomato’s on the top of it instead of getting the entire dish remade. Every time we had a request we had to ask other servers because our server would forget & she didn’t check on us throughout the time we were seated. In addition, she forgot to bring us the desserts we ordered and our ticket was higher than what we were supposed to pay because she incorrectly rang in our orders.Edit: Several dishes were dirty as well. All of our utensils, drinking glasses & plates. The servers absolutely do not care either because it was very obvious that the stuff was dirty.
I was just here and the Hostess had no business being there or at least she made it obvious that she didn't want to be. I asked for the wait time and she said "I don't know maybe 20 minutes or something?", I asked if she needed our name so we could wait " in line" like any other restaurant and she seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Had her earbuds in and was literally drawing on the kid's menu like a child... Before my mom and I even went into the restaurant I made a bet that the service was going to be awful and we didn't even make it past the hostess. Chili's at it's finest ?
How do you only have 2 servers on Super Bowl Sunday? Place wasn’t even full and it was a 20 minute wait. Hostess had her EarPods in and couldn’t be of any less help. I asked if she had a pen (any food service worker should have like at least 2 on them) and she said she had a crayon. What. The. Heck.
